Could be someone who is posing as Tom Heneghan...

I found his blog on Reuters:

Apparently he is a journalist specialized in religious matters. And there was no mention of this piece in his blog on Reuters... I doubt very much Russia has issued an arrest warrant on Soros. Most likely it is all bull...

I think he is a different Tom Heneghan. The guy who wrote this Putin/Soros article is too vulgar to be a religious reporter. He lists his age as 57 and location as California.
