I did a little looking for this book. It's expensive--$48 from the author, way more elsewhere. All the reviews are positive--seems like a highly welcome piece of literature--a page turner, something you can't put down once you start into it. 1200 pages long. The only other thing I've read that falls in this superlative category was Solzhenitsyn's Gulag Archipelago.
In my search, I ran into this review by Henry Makow:

I'm thinking of buying the book if I can't find it in my local library.
