Not sure if it happened late last week or today but many twitters I follow are today bemoaning AJ's apparent flurry of social media bans incl YT, apple, FB, spotify... all at more/less the same time!? Not sure if twitter followed suit. These tweets generally distance themselves from AJ the man/character, but defend his 1st A & how these social media giants shouldn't silence him.

A couple James Tracy articles, first re AJ who Tracy really soured on in the years since Sandy Hoax:

Palm Beach Post ‘Spins’ TracyvFAU Appeal

August 7, 2018 MHB Admin Leave a comment

Ignores How FAU is Imposing an Unconstitutional Prior Restraint on Its Faculty

Editor’s Note: As we have noted here previously, the Palm Beach Post and South Florida Sun-Sentinel TracyvFAU coverage suggests how their editorial boards live in a parallel universe when it comes to accurately reporting on such a significant First Amendment case. One exhibit is the excerpted August 6 article below, the spin of which denigrates Tracy while defending major media’s dubious narrative of the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre event.

In this instance we acknowledge that court reporter Jane Musgrave must have in fact read the entire appellate brief (or larger portions thereof) than her previous stories suggest since she accurately references the name of its principal author.

However, the report fundamentally misses the crux of the case itself. The TracyvFAU appeal does not simply involve “former Florida Atlantic University professor James Tracy[‘s] … right to call Sandy Hook a hoax,” or his “ongoing quest to get his job back,” as Musgrave’s simplistic storyline suggests.

Rather, the case and appeal are about ensuring the free speech rights of every university faculty member at FAU and throughout the United States. Here’s what the Post’s overall coverage of TracyvFAU (perhaps intentionally) overlooks: FAU is using a policy derived from Florida State Statute as a prior restraint that intimidates with the threat of formal discipline all FAU faculty and staff members from commenting on matters of public concern, or making practically any public remark that could potentially displease FAU administrators and/or trustees, State University System of Florida officials, or the Governor of Florida himself. It would be difficult to conceive of a policy that is more openly hostile to the fundamental academic freedom and free speech tenets of any self-respecting university.

Fired FAU professor declares it’s his right to call Sandy Hook a hoax

    Jane Musgrave
    Palm Beach Post
    (August 6, 2018)

Lashing out at his former bosses and a federal judge, former Florida Atlantic University professor James Tracy is back in court, again claiming he was wrongfully fired for publicly and repeatedly proclaiming that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax.

In his ongoing quest to get his job back, Tracy insists a federal jury got it wrong in December when it decided the university fired him for insubordination, rather than for his conspiracy theories about the 2012 Connecticut school shootingthat left 26 children and teachers dead.

“FAU fired Tracy in retaliation for controversial posts he made on his personal blog regarding the legitimacy of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre,” attorney Richard Ovelmen wrote in a 63-page appeal filed last week with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal.

The university’s claims that it fired Tracy because he failed to report his work on his controversial blog, Memory Hole, are nothing more than a ruse, Ovelmen told the Atlanta-based appeals court.

As proof, Ovelmen points out that at least 20 other FAU professors regularly post their views on social media. None has been required to report their activity to school officials, much less been disciplined, he wrote.

FAU administrators targeted Tracy after news of his blog ignited a firestorm of protest with scores of letters and phone calls streaming into the Boca Raton-based school, demanding his ouster.

Attorney Challenges Sandy Hook Parent Trolling Him to Sue

    Threats of Physical Harm

In the latest episode of the Sandy Hook shooting event saga South Florida-based trial attorney Louis Leo IV is requesting that a Sandy Hook parent to file suit against him for defamation.

The challenge came as Leo found out that the party known as “Lenny Pozner” and his non-profit “HONR Network” organization alleged that Leo is “posting malicious and defamatory public statements on social media against victims of mass casualty events.”

In response Leo invited Pozner and any other Sandy Hook parent to file suit against him for defamation. “Lenny, if what you allege is true,” Leo wrote,

I respectfully challenge any such purported “victim” (including but not limited to you) to sue me for defamation. I’ll waive service of process. Just let me know when you can be available for deposition. I have many questions I’d love to ask you under oath.

Facebook has in turn given Leo “social media timeout”–a 30-day ban from posting on his own Fb page for violating Fb’s “community standards.” Perhaps uncoincidentally, Facebook moved against James Tracy with a similar penalty (below). (As of 11:00PM November 22 Leo has since had his privileges restored. MHB page, however, remains in lockdown.)

Leo is the lead attorney in the civil rights case James Tracy brought against Florida Atlantic University for his 2016 termination. The case is presently before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Newtown shooter described 'scorn for humanity'

New documents from the investigation into the massacre are shedding light on the gunman's anger

    Associated Press

HARTFORD, Conn. — Documents from the investigation into the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut are shedding light on the gunman's anger, scorn for other people, and deep social isolation in the years leading up to the shooting.

The documents that a court ordered Connecticut State Police to release include several writings by Adam Lanza, who gunned down 20 children and six educators on Dec. 14, 2012. He fatally shot his mother before driving to the school and ultimately killed himself.

Lanza wrote in what appears to be an online communication with a fellow gamer: "I incessantly have nothing other than scorn for humanity," the Hartford Courant reported . "I have been desperate to feel anything positive for someone for my entire life," he wrote.

The criminal investigation ended a year after the massacre without determining a motive. Thousands of pages of documents were released at the time, but in a lawsuit brought by the Courant, the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled in October that personal belongings of the shooter that had been withheld, including journals, also had to be made public because they were not exempt from open record laws.

A report by the Connecticut child advocate said Lanza's severe and deteriorating mental health problems, his preoccupation with violence and access to his mother's weapons "proved a recipe for mass murder."

From the 10th grade, Lanza's mother kept him at home, where he was surrounded by an arsenal of firearms and spent long hours playing violent video games. His medical and school records included references to diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.

The newly released documents were seized by authorities during a search of Lanza's home. They include writings that had been described or summarized by previous investigative reports such as the "Big Book Of Granny," a book describing violence against children that he wrote with another boy in the fifth grade, and a spreadsheet listing mass killings dating back to 1786.

On one handwritten list titled "Problems," Lanza details a range of grievances including lights that are too bright and his hair touching his brother's towel.

"I am unable to distinguish between my problems because I have too many," Lanza wrote.

In other writings, he rages against "fat people" doctors who touched him during physical examinations as a child and writes about pedophilia as a form of love.

In the document where he described his scorn for other people, he also indicated a desire for some form of companionship.

"Most of my social contact was through those players," he wrote to the other gamer. "All of them are typical detestable human beings, and it bred an aura of innumerable negative emotions for me. You were a respite from that."

Sandy Hook Families Win Discovery in Alex Jones Lawsuit

January 11, 2019 MHB Admin Leave a comment
    By Aaron Katersky
    ABC News
    (January 11, 2018)

Six families of victims killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School won a legal victory Friday in their fight against controversial radio and internet personality Alex Jones.

A judge in Connecticut has granted the families’ discovery requests, allowing them access to, among other things, Infowars’ internal marketing and financial documents.

The judge has scheduled a hearing next week to decide whether to allow the plaintiffs’ attorneys to depose Jones.

The plaintiffs include the parents of five children who went to the school as well as family members of first-grade teacher Victoria Leigh Soto and Principal Dawn Hochsprung, according to a statement from the plaintiff’s attorneys.

According to the statement, the plaintiffs allege a “years-long campaign of abusive and outrageous false statements in which Jones and the other defendants have developed, amplified and perpetuated claims that the Sandy Hook massacre was staged and that the 26 families who lost loved ones that day are paid actors who faked their relative’s deaths.”

The Official Oppression of Wolfgang Halbig Continues

    By Alison Maynard
Editor’s Note: In this important article Colorado-based attorney Alison Maynard updates readers on school safety expert Wolfgang Halbig’s ongoing defense in a lawsuit brought by parties in the Sandy Hook school shooting event. Also described are the Connecticut Court’s overreach while attempting to frustrate this defense.

Maynard then discusses recently revealed investigations of Halbig at the hands of none other than the FBI, U.S. Department of Justice, Lake County Sheriff’s Office, City of Orlando Police Department, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and Orange County Sheriff’s Office, all of which have over several years conducted at least 13 unwarranted records investigations of Halbig. The 70-year-old’s only “crime” has been his relentless pursuit of government documents detailing what transpired at Sandy Hook.

Because I’ve been helping Wolfgang Halbig defend against the frivolous suits brought by seven Sandy Hook “parents” in Connecticut Superior Court, I’m in a good position to tell the world what’s going on in those, how not only the judge, but the clerks, are sabotaging his defense.

    School safety expert Wolfgang Halbig

He’s filed a few motions in this case, the one of longest standing being a motion to dismiss because the court lacks personal and subject matter jurisdiction over him. “No personal jurisdiction” means the Connecticut court can’t entertain this suit against him, because he’s a resident of the State of Florida and conducts no business in Connecticut. “No subject matter jurisdiction” means the plaintiffs don’t have standing to sue, because they alleged no injury personal to themselves.
