"The Story of George Wallace" (podcast)

This host Mike Sledge is a Southerner, don't know much about him. I was unimpressed with the first couple of his podcasts I heard several months ago, as he was openly drunk and it was just sort of sad as he tried to be entertaining. But I guess fairly recently he's been on the wagon, and his shows have been impressive- encyclopedic knowledge type.

Here he overviews the George Wallace story (ziopedia entry), and does a nice job weaving it into the bigger picture of the chain of political assassinations (attempted, in Wallace's case) and the commie conspiracy behind it all. 91 mins comm free, 31 MBs:

Reconstructions Live with Mike Sledge 2013.04.04

    The Story of George Wallace

Mike Sledge discusses George Wallace, governor of Alabama and presidential hopeful, who battled against the Republican and Democratic establishment. He was standing up to segregation and gaining massive support, which is why he was shot.

There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats.
Said over 40 years ago, but many still don't get it.

Tonight I will wrap up the Lincoln & Secession issues. I will be reading a speech by George Wallace on the 1964 Civil Rights Act. I will also be reading an article on Julius Streicher. I will also be covering the Gun issues that I didn’t cover last week. Time permitting, I will read the commentary on the New Age Movement, Wicca & the Three-fold Law.
