7 minutes is still too soon for that to be occurring, especially directly across the street in the same area where pools of blood & broken bones would be from the initial blast, as the video states.

It is a false flag signal, I'm thinking. To let one tribe know its not for real in my estimation.

It is still interesting, and may be more related to a mix-up between the JFK library and the city library (finish line of the marathon). They backed out of the JFK library story, just like the first arrest suspect.

I go the video, too.

I find three listings for the video under the original title. Two are down, one is live. The video is contrasting JFK vs. City library, but at the end of the video, they say "then this happens" after showing the Boston Globe tweet. We know "this happened" at least 7 minutes earlier. That is why I say it is misleading.
