    • The fiscal gap of unfunded future liabilities for Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and government pensions is $200 trillion.



    • Using realistic growth assumptions adds another $6 trillion of state and local government unfunded pension benefits to the equation.



    • The Federal government has increased their annual spending from $1.8 trillion during Bill Clinton’s last year in office to $3.8 trillion today, a 110% increase. The population has increased by 12% over that same time frame, and real GDP has advanced by 25% since 2000.



    • Defense spending has increased from $358 billion in 2000 to $831 billion today, despite the fact that no country on earth can challenge us militarily.



    • The average Baby Boomer will receive $300,000 more than they contributed to Social Security and Medicare over their lifetime. Over 10,000 Boomers per day will turn 65 for the next 17 years.



    • The Social Security lockbox is filled with IOUs. The funds collected from paychecks over the last 80 years were spent by Congress on wars of choice, bridges to nowhere, and thousands of other vote buying ventures.



    • A normalization of interest rates to long-term averages would double or triple the interest on the national debt and increase our annual deficits by at least 30%.



    • Obamacare and the unintended consequences of Obamacare will add tens of trillions to our national debt. The initial budget projections for Medicare and Medicaid showed only a modest financial impact on the financial situation of the country. How did that work out?



    • Entitlement spending in 2003 was $1.3 trillion. Entitlement spending in 2008 was $1.7 trillion. Entitlement spending in 2013 was $2.2 trillion. Entitlement spending in 2018 will be $2.8 trillion, as these programs are on automatic pilot.



    Executive summary: the US dollar will be massively debased/devalued over the next 10-20 years, barring a currency crisis in the interim. There is no organic growth within the present economic paradigm. Only nominal asset prices can increase while real asset values will decrease.

    Solution: Own physical gold and silver in preference to fiat dollars and dollar-denominated assets.

    The USA ran out of silver to produce dollars...so congress changed the definition...it has the power to make rules...not LAW.

    The oil is already running out now...everything is....The USA is at the top of the global system...you will be the last to feel...what those below are feeling being annihilated by deflation to supply the inflation you all are currently floating around in.

    It been running out since 2005...which lead to the collapse in 2008 to the cover point in 2009 up to here.

    The USA has been collapsing rapidly since 2000...2001 collapse led to the 2003 cover to the 2008 collapse to the 2009 cover.

    imagine jumping out of a airplane and that is shorting a stock...and when you pull the rip cord...that is the cover.

    The reason is that the 14th amendment emancipated the present government from the U.S. constitution. That was 1868. To date that new government has only had 145 years to amass the present debt. The previous governments debt of $346,681,016 is not included (if your father is in debt do you include his debt in yours?)

    There is no new government and there never has been....its always been the same US federal government.
    No, the constitution is still intact. The government never enmancipated from the Constitution. The 14th amendment is just that......an amendment to the US Constitution, not an enmancipation (or to be free from).
    To free itself would be to eliminate the US Constitution altogether thus eliminating the 14th amendment along with it.............. throwing the baby out with the bath water so to speak!
    What the 14th does is give the US federal government "subjects" of its own where before the US government didnt have "subjects". The US federal government had territories and such, but these territories had governments and citiznes of their own not in any way related to the status of the union states and the People of the United States of America.
    The federal government couldnt dictate law to the citizens of the territories......see Peurto Rico as an example. Its a country all its own having citizens all its own. However, citizens of Puerto Rico can claim benefits of the federal government through application just like any of the People of the United States of America can. Which once that happens then that person is treated just as any US citizen.....they can vote like Puerto Rico people do and can.
    A new set of rules and regulations for these new subjects that fall under the "Civil Law" form, from the Common Law form the US Constitution is based on.....and thats where you derail and get all confused palani.

    It would help you look less foolish palani if you would read the statutes!

    Following the (un)civil war the southern states could not be enticed to 'voluntarily' return to Washington. They were encouraged to do so at the point of a bayonet. So there is not 'the same' federal government. There is ONLY the emancipated federal government and its constitution IS the 14th amendment.

    The 14th amendment didnt make a new government. It made subjects for the federal government where none existed before.
    What does the 14th say?

    Where is the wording suggesting as you say the 14th eliminates the original government and replaces it with a different government.
    Do you understand what form of law the "civil law" is from the "common law"?

    Heres a clue.........its the difference between knowing what is "democracy" from a "republic".
    Before the 14th there wasnt a civil law form because there wasnt any federal subjects in existence.
    The government adopted the roman civil law form because they now had subjects who couldnt be their own king and rule themsleves as a republic from of government.

    Heres a bit of history about the 14th.
    The 14th may have free'd the slave from involuntary servitude but it never brought them up to the level of the People.
    Not one state, not even one northern yankee state, allowed the free'd slave negroes as an equal to the white people.
    Heres a clue in statutory form.

    42 USC § 1982 - Property rights of citizens
    All citizens of the United States shall have the same right, in every State and Territory, as is enjoyed by white citizens thereof to inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold, and convey real and personal property.
    Why is this even an issue if the free'd slave was an equal after being free'd?
    Because they werent an equal and why there is such an Act called the Civil Rights Act of 1866.
    Why is there the Bill of Rights and a Civil Rights Act palani?
