I want to address my experience of using this meditation app named SOS method(https://sosmethod.co/). I am an entrepreneur, i used to be loaded with meetings and work all the time. It was very difficult to maintain my mental health. On my husband suggestion i have started using SOS method for 10 min every day. It was so relaxing by using that app.
