Upon browsing all the ctypto forums, the rumors are treble:
-Coinbase adding alt-coins finally (LTC anyone??)
-Coinbase launching a new BTC debit card, which you fund with BTC and can spend as a normal debit card anywhere.
-Coinbase launching their own bitcoin exchange. Just BTC/USD??
Don't know what it is, but it launches in less than 24 hours...

I just received an email saying their exchange is officially operational
The only thing declared necessary in the Constitution & Bill of Rights is the #2A Militia of the several States.
