No disrespect to OP, but this author is ridiculously wordy, saying very little while pontificating meaningless ramblings.



The more the words the less the meaning.

Well Frank O'Collins does ramble and his grammar is not the tightest, but the piece says something to me. I think he may be using a speech to text program, as there is an accompanying audio with most texts. When we use speech we often ramble as we search for the right phrase to express what we mean.

One reason I post it is, he has a great resource into the working of our current system of law. His blog and other websites present a detailed look at the history of our laws and economic system.
