    Best steak recipe ever IMO:

Add some cherry tomatoes to the butter too. Serve with the huge chunk of the butter sauteed garlic gloves and rosemary.

Best served with chipotle sweet potatoes:

been using the bake first steak method. it's not bad.

what's really good is the topping i put on it -- mix melted butter + garlic powder + chili powder. pour over cooked steak

I had a chance to eat at Gordon Ramsay's steakhouse in Las Vegas a while back, and I'm not gonna lie it was the best steak I've ever had in my life. It was a sublime experience. Cost me over a hundred bucks just for the steak though.

I sousse vide my steaks at 125 degrees and throw them on a very hot apple wood fire to sear and carmelize the outside. Yum. A little salt, pepper and garlic is all that's needed.
