You don't need to log in. Tell her to type her username and anything for her password. There should be a link at the login error screen that says:
You have entered an invalid username or password. Please enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!
Have her click where indicated and she can reset her password.

Dogman reached out to me as well, but doesn't appear mods have access to reset passwords. At least I don't. Believe that's an Admin only function. Anyway, glad to see Zap got it working.
