    Stress is a real killer.

We all know how we get a beer belly. Maybe first focus on reducing the STRESS that requires self-medicating with alcohol?

Eliminate those "high workload times" so you can go on a committed health kick.

maths dont pass the simple eye test... go and get a home telescope and observe the closest planets for a while... they are all spherical but earth is flat
All the money that exists cannot buy Earth, and the evidence is that we destroy our habitat as a result, thinking that we can just seize and pillage as we see fit. If crowds endorse the pursuit of wealth at their own level, they cannot prevent multinationals from doing exactly the same. The “dystopian endless growth paradigm” is going to end with a bang but will open the door to a premise endorsing that Earth is the only wealth we truly have while journeying through life.

I have not delved into the flat earth thread in which Mamboni has expressed his belief in flat earth. My take on it without reading the thread is that he is trying to be humorous and get a rise out of y'all.

You're changing the subject again. Are you claiming that your employer requires you to take the needle? And you're a mariner? The only industries that require someone to take the needle are medical professions, first responders, and the military. Are you part of those?

    LOL

There isn't a single study that proves the "flu shot" actually "stops the spread" of influenza. In fact, every flu season, the "experts" guess at which strain(s) will be coming, and prepare the vaccine for that/those. And every year, they quietly admit that the strains spreading and the vaccine didn't match (again). So, what efficacy is there? And if little to none, what's the real purpose in insisting people take the needle? Profit? Something even more sinister?

This is but one article - there are many more, for every year: http://origin-nyi.thehill.com/policy...-match-vaccine

woodman it can be fairly easy I've found to take off the pounds and keep them off with out losing strength. I haven't done what doctors and nutritionists tell people to do if they have heart disease because a lot of what they tell you I believe is bullshit.

I eat a lot of red meat, I avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, peas, and carrots. I avoid things made with flour and sugar because those things leave you craving more of them. I eat just a little fruit because of the sugar in it that makes you crave more.

Mostly I eat beef, green vegetables like green beans, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, celery, bell peppers and hot chili peppers. When you do that after about two weeks the pounds start falling off and you stop craving food. I also avoid vegetable oil and use beef tallow, butter and coconut oil to cook with.

I've pretty much quit drinking beer because it really puts on the pounds although I do occasionally drink a few. I've switched to whiskey with water and ice in the evenings when I'm done working. It eases my aches and pains and is relaxing.

I take high doses of vitamin c, lysine and fish oil along with other vitamins and minerals and I feel good and it's pretty easy to keep the weight off.

Single shot of spirits at 4% ABV? What kind of spirit is that?

Maybe they meant a shot of weak beer?
