Just a little test: from Brian Ruhe's channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/BrianRuhe/videos < notice, below titles indicate the vid's publication hours/days ago, but not #Views... and that's the case clear down to his "CTV NEWS' Sarah MacDonald Interviews Nazi Brian Ruhe" title 1-2 weeks ago. Those same "limited exposure" vids have comments disabled. So, no indication (#Views) of how popular/viral a vid may be, nor anywhere to see or participate in the viewer commentary.
