Maybe SNL can get Al Franken to play Al Franken in the skit they are definitely not going to do about this.
They're sacrificing Al Franken to set a precedent to force Roy Moore to be removed. As disgusting as Franken is, supposedly he's one of the more conservative democrats. They don't really like him that much. By doing this, they get two birds with one stone: a more whacko replacement for Franken, and nail Moore.
