None of the founding documents ever were written “the united states of America” so Anna is correct.
Neither The Declaration of Independence nor the Articles of Confederation capitalized united in their headings., both were “united States”.

However Article I of Articles of Confederation: The stile of this confederacy shall be “The United States of America”.

Here is an example of Anna contradicting herself. She claims the name “The United States of America” is the name of a corporation while the name “the United States of America” is not. That might be true in the modern definition, but does not appear to be so in 1778.

To Comfort You
I know many of you are suffering and distressed to learn the true condition of our country and to see and know for sure how generations of Americans have been hoodwinked, misrepresented, and defrauded. Many are angry, too. And at first, nearly everyone is confused, disoriented, and overwhelmed.

There's so much to learn, so much to take in.

Here I am telling you that after a whole lifetime spent thinking of yourself as a "US Citizen" ---- that you probably aren't a "US Citizen" -- and except for maybe a stint of military service, never were.

You're an American State Citizen instead. You just haven't known that and haven't been made aware of the distinction. Or the advantages of being an American State Citizen, either.

Federal Titles 8, 11, and 42 give a pretty exhaustive listing (in different spots) of exactly who legitimately can be regarded as "US Citizens" of one kind or another:

1. People born in the actual Territories --- Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, et alia.

2. People born in Washington, DC

3. African Americans (but not all African Americans)

4. Native Americans (but not all Native Americans, either)

5. Federal Civilian Employees

6. U.S. Military Employees

7. Dependents of Federal Civilian and Military Personnel

8. Federal Elected Officials

9. Foreign Political Asylum Seekers

10. Federal Subcontractors while on the job; includes Federal State of State franchise employees, and alphabet soup agency personnel.

11. Directly chartered Federal Corporations and their officials

It is this last category that has been applied to virtually all of us. Beginning in 1940, with the Buck Act and related legislation, the Municipal United States Congress conferred free franchises on all of us, and, upon our receipt of these "gifts" they then claimed that we donated our Good Names and all our assets to them.

This was done without any Notice to us, without disclosure to our parents, and then evidenced by deliberate falsification of our political status via the birth registration process and the creation of completely unconscionable "citizenship" contracts that went along with the registrations.

As babies we couldn't know that all of this was being done "for" us by members of the Municipal United States Congress without our knowledge or consent. Our parents weren't told either.

It was the perfect crime, until the rest of us figured it all out, and now there is Hell to Pay and a lot to be done.

These things were done with criminal malice aforethought by people on our payroll, acting under assumed contracts obligating them to abide by the provisions of our Constitutions and to protect our rights as material interests of the National Trust.

Fraud and breach of trust on a massive scale was thus perpetuated against the American States and People by our own employees. Millions of Americans have also been mis-characterized as Federal Volunteers of various kinds to justify claims that we are all Federal Employees.

For example, "Withholding Agents" are actually Warrant Officers in the British Territorial Merchant Marine Service, charged with collecting Gift Estate Taxes as an excise tax mislabeled as an "income tax".

The Brits are taxing us for the privilege of "donating" our Good Names and Estates to the Pope --- purportedly---- and on top of everything else, they are misidentifying us as their own "volunteer" employees and subjects of the Queen.

All of this is fraud against us, pure and simple, but in order to bring a stop to it and to enforce the Constitutional guarantees we are all owed, it requires us to wake up, see what has been done to us and by whom, and to take action.

I know that this can seem utterly overwhelming at first, but here we are, those are the facts, and yes, we can put a stop to this. You and your beloved country will come through this difficult time. The more of us who become educated and who take up the tasks involved, the better.

In order to correct your erring employees without fear of reprisals from them and their misdirected alphabet soup agency subcontractors, it is necessary to establish superior evidence on the Public Record of who you are and your correct political status.

That's Job One, because until you do that, they have an excuse to presume the existence of Federal Persons/PERSONS subject to their jurisdiction and operating under your Name/NAME. This is how they harass people and steal their property. You have to debunk their presumption of ownership of your Name and also any derivative NAMES.

We've developed a simple process that anyone can use to establish superior evidence of your identity and political status.

What else can you do? You can tell your family, neighbors, and friends what is going on. You can educate yourself about the history, about the law, and you can form your own local county and State assemblies.

You can take back your country and tell your employees how high to jump.

You can stop being afraid of what appears to be your own government. You can finally be at peace in your home on your own land.

In the days to come we will join together and demand the repeal of the Buck Act, the Maternity Act, and all other Acts of members of the Municipal United States Congress infringing and usurping upon the dignity, rights, and prerogatives of the American States and People, seeking to extend a foreign legislative monopoly onto our soil in contravention of the limitations imposed on the Municipal Government, mis-characterizing the political status and nationality of American State Nationals, and promoting fraud and false claims in commerce against The United States of America [Unincorporated] and its member States.

Remember that any "law", any "Act", any "Executive Order" that is repugnant to us, those who are the remnant of the People who are Party to the Constitutions, is null and void ab initio. This includes all the false commercial claims and repugnant legislation that members of Municipal and Territorial Congresses have passed.

We were never part of their vicious Civil War by definition and though they may be at "war", we are at peace and are owed The Law of Peace.

The reckoning has come, but it must be done logically, intelligently, step by step, and one by one.

Every day I meet people who are disoriented, angry, and confused. Many of them want to attack the messenger --- me, because the news I bear is unwanted and unpleasant to contemplate.

Who wants to admit that they have been gulled and pillaged by the British Monarchs and the Popes for six generations? Who wants to see that it may be the "land of the free", but through deceit, betrayal, and guile of our own employees, we have been left permanently at sea?

Nobody wants to wake up to that, and yet, there is this comfort in it.

You can't fix a problem until you know what it is and know that it exists.

For All The Jural Assemblies - 36 State Assemblies
Now that you know what a "Lawful Person" is, be aware that our assemblies, both the soil jurisdiction assemblies of the state republics, and the land jurisdiction assemblies of the States are exclusively populated by Lawful Persons.

This is because only Lawful Persons who are still attached to physical reality and to specific locations in space can populate the soil and land jurisdictions which are likewise geographically and physically defined Lawful Persons.

This follows the Biblical Law of Kinds. Lawful Jurisdictions (land and soil are populated by Lawful Persons.

So the American Government is composed of three Unions of different kinds of states, and two of those Unions, The United States (soil) and The United States of America (land) are owned, operated, and governed by Lawful Persons.

The State Assemblies control the international jurisdiction of the land and sea, which includes international trade, except that the Constitutions made significant concessions delegating away some of their powers in the international jurisdiction of the sea (not all) to the British King.

The State General Assembly is composed of Electors -- both State Nationals and State Citizens who own land within the borders of their State can serve as Electors of the General Assembly. They are chosen at the County level by people who are qualified members of the soil jurisdiction republican states; two Electors act as Deputies (Fiduciary Officers) for each County. Most States hold their General Assembly after the holidays and it can run for as little as a weekend or stretch on for months, depending on the business that has to be addressed.

Because the land and soil are inextricably combined, eligibility as a soil jurisdiction republican state national or citizen automatically qualifies one to be a State National or State Citizen, and for practical purposes people from the republics act as People representing their State in international jurisdiction, so that both land and soil are populated at the same time and by the same people, only some of them are further tasked to do business for the State.

The State Jural Assembly takes up judicial issues that affect the People of the State and the enforcement of the Public Law, including enforcement of the Constitutions and running the People's Court and elections related to the Courts and Peacekeeping functions and officials. Unlike the State General Assembly, the State Jural Assembly runs all year long and pretty much twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

The State Jural Assembly, like the State General Assembly, is composed of qualified Jurors who are State Citizens and State Electors, that is, people of the republican states who have volunteered to serve the State Government in the capacity of Jurors.

Jurors are typically not paid unless they are called to serve as part of a jury, either a Grand Jury or a Trial Jury. Sheriffs and Justices, both State Justices and Justices of the Peace, Clerks, Bondsmen, Coroners, and other elected and hired members of the People's Court are paid either a monthly salary or on a case by case basis, or as agreed upon.

The State Executive Assembly is elected at the State General Assembly as one of the first acts of the State General Assembly each year. The State Executive Assembly continues to function throughout the year and is enabled to conduct routine business for the State, including issuing Public Notices, conducting Elections, overseeing use and sale of State resources such as timber sales and public land leases, preparing ballot initiatives for the General Assembly, and serving as an interface for communications with the Federal Government.---including direction of the Federal State of State Corporation, once we get organized to complete the Reconstruction of the Federal States of State.

The State Executive Assembly also has the power to call the State General Assembly into Special Session if needed.

State Executive Assemblies are basically committees of astute businessmen who have a State Assembly Chairman and a State Treasurer and a State Secretary and State Executive Assembly Members from the land districts within the State. These are called Postal Areas today to delineate them from the sea-going Postal Districts.

Together the General Assembly, Jural Assembly, and State Executive Assembly conduct the international business of each State of the Union, and work together to enforce the Public Law, make decisions about land and natural resources, ensure protection of property rights, postal roads, free public elections and other business of the State.

As has already occurred to many people, the lack of regularly meeting and well-defined State General Assemblies has left Federal Caretakers like the BLM in charge of state lands and policies regarding state land and resources for far too long.

Let us also note that our Federal States of States are supposed to be involved at a "federal" level in representing our States internationally and globally, but owing to the fact that we have not reconstructed our confederated States of States that "federal" duty has been usurped by Territorial "States of States", a situation that leaves our States and People largely at the mercy of the British Monarchs and Popes.

We must reclaim our natural birthright political status now that we know that we have suffered gross Breach of Trust and unlawful contracting processes pretending to establish commercial contracts with infants, and we must boot up our State Assemblies and enforce the actual Constitutions on these renegade Service Providers.

Confusion About Gun Control Legislation
There are various Territorial and Municipal initiatives taking place now at both the Congressional level and the level of their respective States of States organizations seeking to enact gun control and gun grabbing legislation, and I am being queried about this by a lot of very confused Americans.

All those affected by such legislation are "US citizens" of some kind and "US citizens" have never had any constitutional guarantees of any kind, so the organizations adopting these provisions for their members are within their rights to enact gun control legislation in the same way that IBM or Sonic Hamburgers, Inc. could seek to establish Public Policies forbidding their employees from owning guns or bringing guns to work.

American State Citizens and American State Nationals are not at all affected by the Public Policies of foreign corporations, their shareholders, and their druthers, but many Americans have been misidentified as some variety of "US citizens" and so the legislation could be misapplied to Americans who are not naturally subject to Territorial or Municipal legislation either at the level of their "Congresses" or their "States of States".

One more argument in favor of reclaiming your birthright political status and explicitly expatriating from all forms of Territorial and Municipal Citizenship.

I have also heard a lot of confusion about the Dick Act, which was adopted in the very early 1900's by the Territorial Government and which applies by Succession to the current Territorial Government.

Some people think that because it was enacted after 1860 that the Dick Act is "useless" but they are profoundly confused. None of this current debate applies to us, American State Nationals or American State Citizens, either one. But it does apply to Territorial "United States Citizens" and the Territorial Branch of the Federal Government.

The Dick Act permanently settled the question of Territorial Branch Gun Grabbing and did so in such a way that it can't be revisited.

The Territorial branch of the Federal Government therefore can't grab any guns or restrict any gun rights whatsoever, and what is so nice about this, is that the Territorial branch of the Federal Government is also responsible for protecting us from any usurpation or misapplication of legislation from the Municipal branch of the Federal Government.

So the Dick Act though not applicable to American State Nationals or American State Citizens, is applicable to Territorial Branch Federal Citizens, and they are then also responsible for protecting us from Municipal legislation seeking to infringe on our gun rights.

The Municipal Government has usurped grossly against the limitations stipulated by its Constitution and the Territorial Government allowed this in Breach of Trust, but we are now pulling both of them up by the proverbial hairs and this process of putting both back in their places about gun rights and many other matters must continue.

So address the Territorial Congressional Delegations and inform them of their obligation as Successor organizations to honor the Dick Act and inform the Territorial State of State Legislatures of the Dick Act, and while making it clear that you as an American State Citizen are not subject to any of this frou-frou-rah in the first place, they are nonetheless prohibited from gun grabbing against their own citizens (by the Dick Act) and obligated to protect us against any offer of gun grabbing or other usurpation by the Municipal Government, too.

Please Remove All References to Destry Payne and "His" Organizations
Please remove all references to Destry Payne and www.national-assembly.net until further notice.

They have gone off the tracks and are trying to establish a different Territorial State of State and Territorial National Government instead of getting their status straight and doing the actual work that has to be done to reconstruct our Federal States of States and restore the fully functional American Government.

As such, they are in insurrection against the already functioning Territorial States of States and Municipal STATES OF STATES and are operating in these foreign jurisdictions instead of operating from the safe vantage point of the land and soil jurisdiction States. Their members can be arrested at any time and hauled into the nisi prius contract courts and busted the same way that Bruce Doucette and many others have been victimized.

And they won't listen to reason or the facts, so, once again, I have to draw the line in the sand and say --- no, don't join the www.national-assembly.netorganization.

If you have any association with them, cancel it. Run like gazelles away. It's another bust and bull disappointment.

I will not be held responsible for what happens to them or those who have joined them although I initially supported their efforts, because their leadership is definitely leading them astray now and into unnecessary danger. Just like Bruce Doucette. Just like Tim Turner.

Lacking any clear declaration of expatriation from Territorial and Municipal United States citizenship(s) they are presumed to be some form of Federal Citizen --- either Territorial "United States Citizens" or "US CITIZENS" under the 14th Amendment, or Municipal "Citizens of the United States" or "US CITIZENS" chartered by the Municipal United States Government ----- which unavoidably means that they are subjecting themselves to both the Queen and the Pope and are then also subject to the Statutory Laws and Public Policies of the foreign commercial corporations.

They will be forced to comply with the statutory laws, codes, and standards of those organizations and will be permanently barred from returning to their original birthright status as soil jurisdiction state nationals and also from operating as American State Citizens and American State Electors because of their own knot-headed ignorance.
So be it.

I am done arguing, explaining, teaching, or trying to help them in any way. They can just go on running and hiding and pretending that there is some "war" on, when in fact we, American State Nationals and American State Citizens, have never been in any kind of war since 1814 and we are admittedly owed The Law of Peace (AR 27-1-161) from the Territorial Government and the Territorial Government is obligated to protect us from overreach by the Municipal Government, too.

We are well-protected and well-established as long as we knowledgeably claim our birthright political status and color inside the lines and stay in our own jurisdiction and sail our "vessels" as American vessels ----- any other pathway puts us right back smack dab in the middle of the foreign commercial mercenary conflict which both the Popes and the British Monarchs have engendered and kept going for 150 years.

If we ever want peace back in our land and an end to foreign meddling and mischief on our shores, we absolutely must get the facts straight in our heads and deal with what is in front of our noses. We can't afford any more mistakes or Patriot Mythology.

And speaking for myself, I am sick and tired of listening to disparaging remarks and taking abuse from people who don't really know their butts from tin cups and who also don't want to learn. I am sick of watching decent Americans arrested and harmed by the Hired Help.
So, until further notice, cross the Michigan General Jural Assembly off your lists and also the www.national-assembly.net and just as I warned everyone against following Tim Turner and Bruce Doucette ---- add Destry Payne to the long list of those who needlessly stand in harm's way and lead others to do the same.

About T-ROH and Their Garbage
What T-ROH (The Reign of Heaven and Keith Livingway) is spreading and encouraging is all 100% garbage.

Ignorant people who don't know the difference between the Universal Catholic Church (which means all churches everywhere of every denomination that are devoted to the teachings and imitation of Yeshuah, known as The Christ) and the Roman Catholic Church have misinterpreted my message to Cardinal George of Chicago, but if you bother to go to my website, www.annavonreitz.com and read the letter in context you will see for yourself what the tenor of my communications to the Catholic Clergy worldwide has been for many years. Read the Letter to Cardinal George posted there and see if you can in any way interpret that as the work of a "Vatican Agent".

Then also read my book, Disclosure 101, which details the work I have done for many years to try to correct this horrorific mistreatment of humanity.

T-ROH the source of all this garbage is trying to get Americans to "sign up" for their private commercial corporation and its services, just like numerous other persons and entities are trying to get Americans to sign up for their "governmental services", but the fact of the matter is that the actual government of this country is vested in the living people and not in any commercial corporation. Those corporations are supposed to be taking their directions from us, and acting as subcontractors of our actual government.

The problem is that this scam promoted by commercial corporations like the "U.S. Inc." and "U.S.A. Inc." and "UNITED STATES, INC." and "U.S. Corp" and "the United States of America, Inc." and "The United States of America, Inc." and "The Republic for the United States of America, Inc." and "E Pluribus Unum the United States of America, Inc. "---- and believe me, I could go on ---- has gone on so long, that people have literally forgotten what the actual American Government is and how it is supposed to function.

And I am teaching a whole new generation of Americans to be Americans and how to peacefully and safely restore the government they are owed.

Naturally, none of these commercial corporations want that. They want to ride rough-shod over their actual employers and be in control of our resources and our lives. That's why they want us to sign private contracts with them instead of them having to obey the public contracts -- the Constitutions --- that already exist.

I am destroying their whole "system" of things and so they attack the messenger, but it won't help them.

Trump has the message. The American military has the message. The Queen has the message. The Pope has the message. Millions of people all over the world have the message. And the messenger doesn't even count.

They can say all the vile things that they can dream up about me, but it doesn't change the Truth I have told the world.

Close, But No Banana
Of course, I am disappointed. Of course, I am heartsick.
The Michigan General Jural Assembly had a lot of things going for it, but certain fundamental things they got wrong--- and they would not correct.
Close, but no banana.

One of the fundamentals they got wrong is the fact that none of the actual States accept Dual Citizenship of any kind.

If you want to operate an actual State Government --- which is what we desperately need to do --- you can't sit on the fence. You have to declare yourself an American with no ties to any other government, and that includes the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States governments.

Please note that "The United States" is a separate soil jurisdiction Union of republican states that is unincorporated and has nothing to do with any commercial corporation, and that is the soil jurisdiction government we are heir to.

Also note that "The United States of America" is a separate land jurisdiction Union of States that is unincorporated and has nothing to do with any commercial corporation, and that is the international jurisdiction government we are heir to.

The Government "of the people, by the people, and for the people" is vested in the living people and not in any commercial corporation of any kind. That includes all the Federal Corporations.

That is to say, our government is vested in the unincorporated state/States, not any foreign States of States run as commercial corporations for private profit.

There are many commercial corporations trying to assume contracts with us and trying to get people to sign private contracts with them to receive their services. They operate under deceitfully similar names--- to encourage you to assume that their organizations as somehow "the same as" the actual government you are owed.

This has been going on since 1868 when a Scottish corporation in the business of providing governmental services started calling itself "The United States of America, Inc." and millions of Americans were hoodwinked by this gross breach of trust and infringement.

Today, we have organizations that are still trying to pedal this fraud and still engaging in this infringement.
The T-ROH organization has gone so far as to buy the interests of the Scottish corporation that defrauded us back in 1868, and they think they are going to do the same thing again.

Now, we know that these are just commercial corporations trying to hoodwink us into thinking that "they" are our government, when in fact, we, the individual living people and our unincorporated states, are the government.

We need to define and organize ourselves properly and by the millions. We need to tell our employees how high to jump, instead of being robbed and defrauded by the Hired Help--- but before we can do that, we need to firmly grasp who we are and in what capacity we act.

First, we are Americans. We are not any species of "U.S. Citizen". All U.S. Citizens are employees or dependents of the Federal Government.

Second, we don't act in any incorporated capacity at all.

Third, our states/States of the Union are not incorporated and are not commercial corporations.

Fourth, to act as American State Citizens and assemble our States requires us to expatriate from all other citizenship obligations. Our Forefathers did not allow split loyalties and conflicts of interest. You are either in or out.

This means that federal employees and dependents cannot participate in the actual American Government until they retire or otherwise leave such status.

Regretfully, this is a sticking point with the members of the MGJA and it is not negotiable.

So, those of us who do understand the logic and the history and the law and the requirements of running the actual American Government must draw the line and soldier on.

For All The Jural Assemblies - 37 The Interface
So we have studied the issue and meaning of "Lawful Persons" and two basic jurisdictions --- soil (national) and land (international).

We have seen that we have two kinds of states: republican states of the soil and international States of the land, both of which are unincorporated and geographically defined.

We have also observed that these states are members of two unincorporated Unions of states.
The republican states are members of The United States.
The land States are members of The United States of America.

Both of these states are populated by people.

When the people of the soil jurisdiction republican states operate their national jurisdiction as citizens of, for example, The Wisconsin Republic, they operate as Natural Persons.

When the people of the republican states enter the international land jurisdiction of their State of the Union, they act as the People of their State, and as Lawful Persons.

Lawful Persons differ from Legal Persons.

Lawful Persons are connected to specific actual, factual, geographic and physical reality.

Legal Persons are fictional legal constructs devoid of such connection to physical fact.

There is only one interface between Lawful Persons and Legal Persons and that interface occurs in international jurisdiction.

The international land jurisdiction is populated by Lawful Persons.
The international sea jurisdiction is inhabited by Legal Persons.
What happens when a Lawful Person crosses this invisible boundary and becomes a Legal Person is known as an "unlawful conversion".

What happens when a Legal Person crosses this same boundary in the opposite direction and becomes recognizable as a Lawful Person is known as a "lawful conversion".

When a Lawful Person crosses into the international jurisdiction of the sea and attacks Legal Persons already there it is known as a "transgression".
And when the opposite occurs and a Legal Person crosses into the international jurisdiction of the land and attacks a Lawful Person it is known as a "trespass".

Both can be considered errors worthy of forgiveness, or as crimes, depending on the acts and/or the expressed intention of the parties.

When Lawful Persons transgress against Legal Persons it most often results in obstruction of the business or other activities of the Legal Persons.

When Legal Persons trespass against Lawful Persons it most often results in in inland piracy, conscription, kidnapping, press-ganging or other crimes.

For the purposes of the State Jural Assemblies this interface is of special importance and deserves to be thoroughly understood. There is a barrier, or "bar" involved that has to be properly manipulated and it is analogous to the veil between life and death.

This is the so-called "corporate veil".
Lawful Persons are connected to life and physical actuality, but Legal Persons are not, so that Lawful Persons are metaphorically "alive" and Legal Persons are "dead".

Our lawful State Governments, represented by both The United States and The United States of America, have treaties with the British Monarch and the separate government of Westminster, as well as commercial service and trust agreements set forth in the respective Territorial and Municipal Constitutions, that govern how Americans are supposed to be treated when we cross back and forth over this invisible barrier, this interface between "Lawful" and "Legal".

Specifically, the British Monarch and the Papal Temple Government of Westminster are to act as the Trustees of our Lawful Persons when we venture over the Bar.
They are obligated to protect our National Trust, which includes our Natural and Unalienable Rights and to "aid and assist" us on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways (the international Jurisdiction of the Sea) and the Global Jurisdiction of the Air (commerce) "in perpetuity".

They have gotten around these obligations and the limitations of the Constitutions by pretending that we have all knowingly contracted with them to work for them and their commercial corporations as unpaid volunteers-- that is, under conditions of peonage and enslavement.

This shameful breach of trust and legal chicanery based on unconscionable contracts with babies and undisclosed unilateral contracting processes taking place on the land and soil of our country is a part of what we now need to address.

They have grossly trespassed against us and arbitrarily tried to redefine the living people and Lawful Persons of this country as chattel properties belonging to them and their commercial corporations and they have gotten away with this fraud for many years undetected.

Now comes the day of reckoning for six generations of venal fraud, but in order to make it stick, we must mind our "p's" and "q's" and maintain our lawful standing as American State Citizens --- not "US Citizens". We must take up our duties and run our sovereign States of the Union and reconstruct our Federal States of States and put an end to the crass and despicable false claims in commerce that have been made against us.

For now, know that when we, Lawful Persons, cross the interface and enter the international jurisdiction of the sea or the global jurisdiction of commerce and therefore function as Legal Persons on a temporary basis, we are owed safe conduct.

For the time that we are conducting business in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea we are considered to be "Foreign Situs Trusts" under the protection of the British Monarchs-- Legal Persons operating under the same Proper Name that we use as Lawful Persons, owed all the guarantees and protections of the Territorial Constitution.

There is no visible difference between "Mary Jane Ellis" standing on the land and "Mary Jane Ellis" at sea. This is what FDR used to attempt to "vacate" our entire country and promote a national identity theft scheme of staggering proportions.

For the time that we are conducting business in the global realm of commerce -- that is, in the Jurisdiction of the Air, we are considered to be "friends" of the Government of Westminster under the protection of the Pope.

Instead, we have been deliberately and fraudulently misidentified as "US citizens" --and "US citizens" have never had any constitutional guarantees and have never had any treaty protections, either.

This identity theft unlawfully converting our Lawful Persons (American State Nationals and American State Citizens) into Legal Persons - British Territorial United States Citizens and Municipal Citizens of the United States under false pretenses, has led to six generations-worth of abuse of our States and our People and has allowed the British Monarchs and the Popes to prey upon us and cynically make false claims in commerce against our "Persons" and our assets.

It was all done "accidentally-on-purpose" via manipulation of the Bar -- the interface between Lawful Persons and Legal Persons and their purposeful misidentification one for the other, so as to avoid treaty and contractual obligations.

As American State Citizens you must thoroughly grasp the importance of your Lawful Person -- your Trade Name -- and the necessity of maintaining your Trade Name's permanent domicile on the land and soil of your State.

As members of the State Jural Assembly and recognizably, one of the People of your State, you are the ones enabled to enforce the guarantees of the Constitutions and also the ones responsible for upholding and enforcing the Public Law and running the People's Courts we are all owed. It is a noble and necessary endeavor.

It is also necessary to notice that your courts for Natural Persons (County Courts) and Lawful Persons (State Courts) are not the same as the Nisi Prius For-Hire Courts that are presently sitting in your courthouses and doing business under the guise of "State of State" commercial contractors.

The best way to understand this situation is to think of it as a baseball club from another town using your public ballfield.

These "State of State" courts don't belong to you, are not operating in your jurisdiction, and are foreign in all respects. They literally have nothing to do with you and need to be avoided and left alone to conduct their business with their citizenry.

At all times, you must maintain your awareness of the interface between "Lawful" and "Legal" and know who you are with respect to this interface. You are American State Citizens and Lawful Persons, one of the People of your State of the Union owed every jot of every treaty and every service contract.

You own the land and soil of this country and you are home again.
