The following upset someone and my airtime got deleted over it.

I used to put my airtime on $30 at a time. Now I put it on $2.50 at a time because whenever I post something that is really irritating, the airtime mysteriously vanishes. This time only about 120 megs remaining of a 300 meg packet rather than losing gigs.

My comment: The law that made it illegal to prosecute Democrats for vote fraud of this sort was overturned in January of 2018.

They can be prosecuted now, and it is OUR JOB to follow people at the polls, watch for buses, observe the count and BUST THEM or we absolutely will lose mid-terms to this exact thing.

The law that made it an imprisonable offense to observe Democrat vote rigging was penned in 1982 and was on the books for over 30 years.

Here is the key text of that law, which, if violated, was worth up to 15 years in prison:

"(d) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their employees to campaign within restricted polling areas

or to interrogate prospective voters as to their qualifications to vote prior to their entry to a polling place;

(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;


THIS NEXT ONE IS IMPORTANT, BECAUSE IT IS OVERTURNED AND NOW YOU CAN GO TO THE POLLING BOOTHS AND ENFORCE THE VOTE YOURSELF:
(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities. In 1987, the Consent Decree was modified to define "ballot security activities" as "ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud."

Since 1982, the Consent Decree had been renewed every year by the original judge, Carter appointee District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, who, even after he retired, returned every year for the sole purpose of renewing his 1982 order for another year.

Debevoise died in August 2015. The consent Decree remained in effect until an Obama appointed judge nullified it in January of 2018.

Go figure. Obama was good for something, because now all of us can get out and secure the vote.

It is now not only our right, but our civic duty to get out and secure the vote.

During the past 36 years this decree was in place, you'd face prison for questioning people entering polling places if they really were allowed to vote.

THAT IS OVER NOW. GET OUT AND SECURE THE VOTE, AND REPORT AND PROSECUTE VIOLATORS.

Only that will stop the vote steal during mid terms, the Dems are desperate and absolutely will try to steal it even if they can be prosecuted for it now.

I think this was only valid for federal elections not state elections.
