It is quite clear that having press access to the White House is a privilege, not a first amendment right. His privilege was revoked. Thus he can’t go and harass the White House staff and the president any longer.

Or do they claim that unlimited access to the White House microphone is a first amendment right, once possessed, and Acosta had the right to physically defend himself from the 110 lbs gorilla intern trying to strongarm it from him? LOL
