Yes, I'm totally NOT surprised. He already said something about the vax passport along the lines of him waiting until more blacks get the injection. So I knew it was just a matter of time, and that he was holding off on more tyranny until they put him in office again.

I obviously have to get out of here, but easier said than done- getting out of here to FL or TX is going to be a huge move.
