    Again, it wasn't a lock-down. It was a recommendation for 7 communities to stay out of harm's way while they hunted the guy down, to isolate their target. Their was no penalty for leaving your home or for traveling.

    By 6 PM, they hadn't caught him, so they lifted their recommendation to stay inside.

    From what I saw it looked like a road block was up & everyone was forced to be out in the witch hunt...?

    U.S. officials said an elite interrogation team would question the Massachusetts college student without reading him his Miranda rights, something that is allowed on a limited basis when the public may be in immediate danger, such as instances in which bombs are planted and ready to go off.
    Lets see if he is stable enough to be water boarded.
