What should he be doing?
I believe he's doing all he can to keep the economy running. He's inherited a big mess. If he doesn't keep the economy going, this phony system built with phony money will crash. The market will crash, pensions won't get paid, social security and medicare will go broke, followed by riots, death and famine.

The Democrats were all ready to tackle these problems, with socialism...and you know what that would mean.
I don't see that happening while Trump is president.

The difference between Trump and the Democrats is, Trump cares about his name and reputation and for his whole family. He also believes in God. Democrats don't give a damn what people think of them, they have no morals, or conscience. They hate the mere mention of God. They only care about power over people and they want to own the whole game.

I know I'm not going to change the mind of an old coot like you, but if Trump believes in God and many conservatives that support him are Christians, and the majority of evangelicals pray for him daily...I'll put my faith in that. I will reject Satan with my vote on Nov. 3rd!

Add, Trump has had to fight to stay alive like no man I've ever seen, with so many ruthless, vicious people out to get him. He's been fighting for over 4 years now, 24/7. That makes him the underdog. I tend to root for the underdog, especially when the favorite is so fucking evil.
