Prescriptive Rights, it's not the governments land, it's not Nevada's land. If Bundy's family has been working the land as long as they have it is his regardless what the government thinks.
Adverse possession is not a prescriptive right. A prescriptive right is a form of easement. You can't throw someone else off with an easement.
