Hi there I just want to clarify why James Alefantis is, in fact, a public official. According to Digital Millennium Copyright Law, because Alefantis was thrust into celebrity limelight after the GQ article, because he owns several notable businesses with ties to high level political news coverage, as well as holding an elected position as Board President of an Art Association in Washington DC, he is considered both a public official and a limited purpose public official. I try to be as truthful and non-biased as possible when doing my research I hope this helps a little bit, thank you for even mentioning my articles in this thread I was surprised to find it!
