Okay, I've come up with a new term...'nigger down!'

You've heard the term 'man up', well this takes things in the opposite direction. I mentioned this term 'nigger down!' to a friend and he asked, "Is that like 'stand down'?" I told him, no, because to say 'stand down' implies one has standards. I went on to explain that 'nigger down!' means one DOES NOT have standards and it's a race to the bottom. It's all around us, many have adopted the 'nigger down!' attitude.
