The noun, autist (singular), can mean one of two things.

a person who has autism

or

a person who has a tendency to view life in terms of one's own needs and desires.

I hope that Q is not using the word, autists, to connote either of those two meanings.

My speculation: The bad guys could be cooking up the next very big false flag event.
The bad guys could have already given our yellow cake uranium to North Korea, so NK may well already really have nukes.
I heard Pence was seated next to NK sister of president person but absolutely was very obviously chilly to her.
All this could be simply the set up, or setting of the stage, and play acting a role by all involved.
