I just love how all these jokers talk up how the USA is going to make this great contribution to rectify 'climate change' with nary a word about China's or India's contribution to this 'problem' of 'climate change'.

(Neither China nor India will be making any significant improvements to their pollution problems anytime in the next few decades.)

Basically it's just an admission that the US will be cutting further the production of useful stuff the rest of the world might want to buy, and the "enemies" will be continuing to take up the slack in greater measure. Great plan!
