The world is gradually being reconstructed. It is largely driven by competition between the currencies in a battle for dominance. Archaic workld models determined citizenship by where you were born or to whom. The only viable current model for citizenship is how you pay taxes and by what method. This is obvious with all the countries offering CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT.

Citizenship is by choice. This is where you get to choose whether your actions (verbs ...things you are responsible for) are subject to rules, regulations and statutes that goes along with membership.

Go to court? Bailiff suggests you stand but you don't feel like it? Try staying seated. You have no established duty to stand except ...you are PRESENT. Or at least you acknowledge your presence when you stand while the court is going to recognize your non-presence if you remain seated. When you stand on command you do so because you recognize the courts authority. By remaining seated you are challenging the courts authority. A risky enterprise at its best.

The citizenship experience is the same as the court experience. The world is at war over money. This is a war they don't discuss much and when they do it is never in terms of all out war. The war is between authoritarian magicians who deal in illusions rather than reality. The goal is to see whose illusions are better capable of stimulating the workforce better.
