While I generally agree with the space this guy is coming from, "Porn reduces rape" "Legal drugs reduce drug crimes", I do not extend this logic to child pornography.

Child pornography will always be wrong, unfortunately for anybody who wants it. A minor cannot consent to participate in sexual video - nor should they be allowed to.

Basically what it comes down to is even a child has a right to be protected by the common law (no harm against others) and as a child, I don't think they have the right to waive their protection from harm. There is no way to produce any sort of CP as the linked article suggests without bringing harm to the child, which therefore suggests that there is no acceptable way to produce CP period.

Yes make them legal, but first all candidates must pass the test!
