Much like the CDC did with Polio, watch how over the years the definition of 'HIV' has changed to accept a larger and larger group of people, all while never scientifically being able to pinpoint what 'HIV' is.

In the Polio epidemic, if you had certain symptoms for 24hrs you were considered to have Polio. After they created the vaccine, they changed the definition to 10-14 days. This is how they can control the number of outbreaks of a certain disease, By re-classifying what the symptoms are, and the time period, of that certain disease.
