I don't believe Solid is an agent of ill intent. That's silly. Joe, you keep bouncing around from one justification to another, first saying it's the individuals fault for allowing it to happen, then saying it's the parents fault for letting it happen, but never once have you placed the blame on the cultists who are actually making it happen.

How do they "make" you do something you wish not to do?

I understand a temptation can be offered, but is it not the one in question who accepts said temptation?
....and the parents come in by being responsible for for having previously taught their children right from wrong, at an early age.

It's a parents job to give the children they are charged with the tools they will need to face what life will throw at them.

We live in a hierarchical system in which general social policy decisions are determined from the top down. Social engineering has never been more utilized at a centralized and global level.

As individuals, our wants and desires are essentially molded by these policies, both obvious and concealed.

Education or pedagogy has been designed to inculcate this into our little heads from an early age. Pedagogy itself basically means, get in line and march to the current tune, the tune of which has been played since at least the early 11th century, around the time of the Neo-Platonic School or the beginning of the Enlightenment period, from whence the Masonic Illuminati sprang up again, and began spreading the Scientific method, complex calculus and the fractional reserve banking Ponzi scheme. Or so I postulate, give or take a million niggling details.

It would be stupid to ignore the almost overwhelming pressures coming down through deceptive social indoctrination.

This indoctrination exists at every level of our hierarchy and
that's why, along with the overall complexity it's so difficult to penetrate its inbuilt deceptions.
