Farmageddon−The Unseen War to Shut Down American Family Farms

    http://www.financialsense.com/financ...n-family-farms ...
This week on Financial Sense Newshour Jim interviews Filmmaker Kristin Canty. In Farmageddon Kristin tells the story of small, family farms that were providing safe, healthy foods to their communities and were forced to stop, sometimes through violent action, by agents of government bureaucracies. Kristin seeks to understand why and through this film add her voice to the movement to protect and preserve the dwindling number of American family farms struggling to survive.

My first instinct on listening to this was somebody needs to be shot, but then maybe that is just what our scumbag government wants.

Farming is commercial. Government controls every little detail of commerce. The same is true of BATFE enforcement of gun laws.

Stay out of commerce and find out how to enjoy freedom.

OK, I will say please, point out ONE, just ONE instance where your theory about "the law" bears out your crap.

These bastards are operating far outside the law and your premise is there is some magic word that can be said that will make them run away.

What are you smoking, I want some of it.

No they arent operating outside the law.
Palani is 100% correct about farming being commerce.
The US Constitution gives the federal government authority over all commerce!

Hey you want to know what else falls under commerce?
Every state has laws written in the books explaining that "US citizens" fall within commerce as well.
Yep that what I said all activity by and of federal "US citizens" fall within commerce. Doesnt matter if you are sitting on a toilet counting your tp...........it falls under commerce and can be legislated for regulations!
You stating you are a "US citizen", under penalty of perjury, on any government form are within the federal governments jurisdicition to do with you as they please.

They destroyed farm produce without a court order, while having evidence that showed they were wrong, yet they went ahead and destroyed it anyway is not within the law

Show us where someone operating a farm has been able to sell raw milk without a problem??

This crap about US citizen is another myth, until you show us someone who is farming and not subject to these thugs.

I'm with BigJon on this one, Commerce and Produce are two different items.

What's Sparky's thoughts on David vs. Goliath here?
