Knowledge of the vicious attack on the USS Liberty is what woke me up and turned me around, prior to that knowledge I was the staunchest supporter of Israel as in they could do no wrong.

MY father was career navy (subs) and he never forgave Israel for that attack, along with most of his navy friends. I also feel the same about that unprovoked attack, and that changed my viewpoint as MR did.
