I think the tank that they point out lying there is probably something to do with exhaust, maybe a cross flow system or something. It might be an oil tank if it's a dry sump or it could be an auxillary. I think it's more to do with exhaust because it looks like it has some > 1" inlets/holes on it. Too large for fuel lines, unless it's the filler hose I guess.

Still based on the news story and some of those photos, the car looks like it came to a rolling stop after the motor was blown out of it. It looks like the chassis was bent in the 'splosion.

But gee, when trying to lose someone who's tailing you. Be sure not to go so fast so that when you hit a tree you launch your car's engine 30 yards.

It would be interesting to see the stretch of road and skid marks before hitting the tree.

Considering most new cars are now drive by wire (no mechanical steering linkage, strictly electric) it's not hard to imagine how a modern car could be completely remotely controlled where the driver has ZERO control of it including being unable to 'turn it off'.

McChrystal was one of the guys involved in the Pat Tillman cover-up.

therefore McChrystal has supervised the killing of lots of civilians. of course the US calls them 'enemy combatants' for defending their own homeland.

not Jewish, but he has served the Jews & Israel his entire career. starting in the mid-70's, when the US was not involved in many wars. then was involved in Desert Storm 1 in the early 90's, and was a 'seasoned vet' by the time Gulf War 2 came along.

I hope he got the story info. out to others.

Also, his email said nothing about the FBI, it said "the feds". So FBI denying an investigation may be true, and so might be the email.
