The people here are the sovereigns. The government is our servant. If we all acted that way, the government wouldn't assume it is the master. Congratulations for exercising your rights. Now, get rid of your driver's license. And the next time you buy a new car, buy it with cash, and make it a term of the sale that the dealer give you the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. If you have that, you don't need to 'register' the car, or even to put plates on it. And if you get married, don't bother with a license. It's not illegal to be married without a license.

Interesting thread. Has anyone been successful at getting an allodial title on the land?
A couple of questions.
An allodial title is only for the land correct?

Because of that the improvemnets can still be taxed? Is that correct?

Although improvements can be taxed they could not foreclose on the improvements because they would need permission to confiscate the improvements via your land. Besides the fact it wouldnt be feasable for them to try and remove a house foundation and all.

If holding an allodial title does the state or local gov still lay claim to the mineral and trees on the property? Right now if I want to sell my timber I have to pay a tax or percentage to the local Gov.

This doesnt make sense to me so its the main reason for wanting to get the allodial title. In my tax bill it states that if I fail to pay the taxes in 1 year they can foreclose on the property. How is this possible that they have some claim to my property that has no debts or liens on it? (As a side note I have been talking with a girl from the Philippines and she states that if the property is paid for there then no taxes can be collected n it. I imagine that is probably the way things are supposed to work here but dont. The Philippines basically has the same constitution as we do).

So if the Town can demand a tax from the sale of the trees on my property then they lay some claim to those trees. In the same respect could I not charge them rent for growing their trees on my property?

Has anyone been successful at getting an allodial title on the land?

Title to land is granted and comes from someone who has the right to such a grant. The grant acts as an estoppel against them stating any claim to the land. In the case of the federal government the land patent acts as an estoppel against them (and them only) from stating a claim to that which they sold by the mechanism of the land patent.

While the land patent grants to the center of the earth to the stars above the FAA has established that they are permitted to infringe upon this right when they claim 'controlled airspace' above a certain elevation. I have not found where any patent owner has successfully charged United Airlines with trespass for flying over their property.

Cities, counties and states infringe upon land patent rights with 'eminent domain'. Should you have alloidal title no other entity can interfere with your right to use (use is a term from trust law) and enjoy (usufruct is the enjoyment of a thing and comes from trust law) your private property. These entities that enjoy eminent domain are political and your participation in the political process is your consent for this eminent domain power to exist. When you participate politically you are pledging all of your property to the success of the political enterprise.

A land patent will not stop a bank from foreclosing. If you have a mortgage you have pledged the property to the bank in exchange for some commercial activity. The land patent itself is a commercial activity for the grant of a patent did not come to the original holder without exchanging money for the service of issuing the patent.

An allodial title is only for the land correct?

Not correct. All title comes from the previous owner. Should there be no prior owner then the property is abandoned and available to be 'seized'. Should you be either a state citizen or a federal citizen (or be so unfortunate as to be a citizen of both the state and federal governments) then you can only seize property in the name of the entity you subscribe to politically. Should you be stateless then you get to claim the property in your own name and hold it against all others (except One) by right.

God owns the land and to my knowledge He has never relinquished so much as a square meter. Any right, grant or claim you might have is against or related to your fellow man.

Ron’s Land Patent Checklist

1. 1.Obtain a certified copy of your proof of ownership, usually a warranty deed or quitclaim deed.
   
2. 2.Using the legal description from your deed, obtain from the BLM Records Division three certified copies of the original land patent that corresponds to your land.
   
3. 3.Obtain one certified copy of every title transfer package starting from your purchase backwards to the original land patent.
   
4. 4.Create a package containing the documents in the order listed below. Your package should contain about 7 or 8 pages.
   
5. •A copy of your Certificate of Acceptance and Declaration of Land Patent. Staple at the bottom left corner of the first page a colorful sticky tab or 3 X 5 card with the following handwritten notice:
6. Record your package with your county recorder. Your patent process is completed.

Holy Macro........this thread is still alive? I sent out 32 full disclosures, for free, as to how to obtain a land patent and not a single one did it......in the future it will be their failure... you can take a horse to water but you cannot make him drink it... and in order to remove your house from you private property they need your permission to enter it.......not even a judge can give it.

I did it, but couldn't proceed because I lived in a subdivision. The original land was divided up into 46 different parcels.

If you cannot make your monthly payment to the bank they then would have to make a deal with you......remember that all that you bought to start with is the house and not the land.....as a last resort you can give them permission to remove the house out of your land.....hahahhahahahh
