Nearly half of registered Republicans believe Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential campaign is implicated in a satanic child abuse ring operated from beneath a Washington, D.C., pizzeria, according to the results of a new poll released this week.

In spite of being debunked and refuted as a baseless conspiracy theory, 49 percent of Republicans questioned during a recent YouGov/Economist survey said there’s at least some truth to the so-called “Pizzagate” scandal said to involve Mrs. Clinton’s campaign.

Pollsters questioned 1,376 adults between Dec. 17 and Dec. 20 on various topics concerning the 2016 U.S. presidential election, including a handful involving conspiracy theories discussed during the course of the latest White House race.

Americans are more likely to buy into certain theories depending on their own political leanings, pollsters indicated Tuesday, and are often inclined to subscribe to politically-charged arguments even after they’ve been widely refuted.

Among the questions asked by pollsters was whether respondents believed that leaked emails stolen from Mrs. Clinton’s campaign manager and published by WikiLeaks prior to the Nov. 8 election “contained code words for pedophilia, human trafficking and satanic ritual abuse — what some people refer to as ‘Pizzagate.’ “

First of all, I am not a Republican and I know all about the Washington Times.

It sounds like WT op ed piece making "Republicans" seem like ignoramuses for buying in to the "pizzagate" conspiracy theory.

I have been in the conspiracy theory corner for over twenty years, and the strong indications that the elites are involved in satanic ritual abuse and sacrifice of children have been around for that long and much longer. William Guy Carr in his book written in the 1950s, Pawns in the Game, as well as many interviews done on Dr. Stan Monteith's radio show over the years, tell me the fact of this evil is reality.

I admire Seaman for his articulate and intelligent delivery. He definintely is taking the right stand about this evil.

I agree that that is a very disappointing video where Seaman is ostensibly supporting the U.N. vote against Israel, or at least I think that is what your linked video was about.

Don't want to be guilty of thread drift and maybe there is another thread to ask this question but I think that whole U.N. vote that came out against the Israeli settlements issue is extremely puzzling. The U.S. abstained from voting but the whole thing cannot be taken at face value. There is some subversive manipulation going on in that matter that I do not pretend to understand. I have read so many interpretations of that matter and still am left in a trail of confusion.

The December issue of E. Michael Jones' Culture Wars magazine has a very interesting article about the Old Testament verses that indicate that ALL of the land promises to the Israelites were fulfilled during Old Testament times, authored by Robert Sungensis.

Well it was on the "lightweight" side of his PG vids; mostly just a self righteous rant. He strikes me as naively idealistic about the AG & alphabet agencies investigating & prosecuting pizzagate... Seaman imagining the top levels of those agencies aren't also blackmailable, many of them for participation in the same pizzagate SRA crimes. It's like Seaman believes Pedo-desta is the only sicko, and only understands what he was taught in publik skool civics class.

“Nearly half of all Donald Trump voters believe a widely debunked conspiracy theory claiming that Hillary Clinton is involved in a child sex ring run out of a popular Washington, D.C. pizzeria, a recent poll suggests.

The Economist/YouGov poll released Tuesday shows that a staggering 46% of Trump voters believe the so-called “Pizzagate” conspiracy, which began circulating on obscure sites like 4chan and Reddit ahead of Election Day before spurring controversy on Twitter and Facebook.

Concerns over the dangerous impact of fake news were heightened after Edgar Welch, 28, of Salisbury, N.C., stormed into the Italian restaurant at the center of the baseless conspiracy with a loaded assault rifle on Dec. 4 in order to “self-investigative."
