Until 1400 years ago there were barely any Arabs living in what is today Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Iran, Jordan, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Marocko. Most were converted by the sword and the Christian women were raped by the invaders. Minor Christian populations have remained. But they are quickly ethnically cleansed (1.5 million Christians in Syria 5 years ago, now 500,000). Turkey had a Christian population of 20-25% at the beginning of 20th century, now it's less than 0.2%. A thousand years ago it was close to 100% (apart from a few Jews).
