Ammon Bundy gives a powerful informative speech on the history of the Bundy Ranch and property rights and how the feds convert rights to priveleges. He talks about the original 53 ranches and how the BLM forced their families out of business with the exception of Cliven Bundy. He continues on to the Bundy Standoff and Malheur protest. The presentation is 1:20 long.

Todd Engle on the phone from Pahrump private prison with Shari Dovale with updates on Wooten 2 Memo. Part of what they talk about Todd tells Shari that according to his attorney when the BLM began killing cattle and cutting up deeded water rights they lost their law enforcement authority and are now common criminals, something I think most of us on this forum have known.

Aside from that the Constitution does not grant the BLM any authority in any State of the Union, law enforcement or otherwise.

The sheriff should have immediately arrested them. Since they and the State are bribed with federal grant dollars I suppose that is expecting too much.

Sheriff Lombardo’s actions at Bundy Ranch and the Las Vegas massacre reveal him to be in the pocket of the feds.

Ammon Bundy wants to speak with all the jurors in the Bundy Standoff trials.

Navarro should be removed from the bench. She, the prosecution team, BLM participants, FBI participants and Fish and Wildlife, Park Service all should be criminally charged and tried by a jury. They all are in violation of the State and Federal laws.

SHOULD JUDGE NAVARRO SET ASIDE THESE VERDICTS?

Calling to the Jurors in the Bunkerville Standoff

    by Shari Dovale

Ammon Bundy has called to the jurors of the Bunkerville Trial to view the hidden evidence in the case.

It has been well documented that the prosecution team, led by Steven Myhre, kept vital information from the jurors, as well as Judge Navarro.

Navarro, in December 2017, declared a mistrial in the case against Cliven Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne. She specifically cited several instances of “Brady violations” from the prosecution, evidence that was not turned over to the defense which could have benefited their case.

An example of the hidden information is the knowledge of government snipers overlooking the Bundy house during the days and weeks leading up to the Bunkerville standoff in 2014.

The indictment repeatedly makes the case that the claims of BLM snipers watching the Bundy family were all lies and fabrications, calling them “false, deceitful and deceptive”.

    https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...7/sniper-2.jpg
    https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...7/sniper-3.jpg

However, this information proved to be a fabrication by the prosecution. Navarro cited the snipers in her dismissal of the case.

    https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...ismissal-2.jpg
    https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...ismissal-1.jpg

Telling the members of the jury that the presence of snipers was a fabrication of the defense was deliberately misleading by the prosecution team. It was a lie. Hiding the evidence of the snipers compounded that lie.

The members of the Grand Jury used this false evidence to indict the defendants, and the Trial Jury used this same false evidence to convict Greg Burleson and Todd Engel during the first trial.

Bundy is asking the members of both the Grand Jury and the first Trial jury if their verdicts would have remained the same if they had been given all of the information.

If the jurors came forward to view the evidence for themselves, we could ask them for a definitive answer as to whether or not the convictions of these two men are, in fact, valid or not. Should Judge Navarro set aside these verdicts?

To the jurors: Will you come forward and view the evidence for yourself?

Re: Armed Feds Prepare For Showdown With Nevada Cattle Rancher

Gloria Navarro has denied Stephen Mhyre’s motion to retry the Bundys. I don’t think she had much choice if she didn’t want her tit in the wringer.

If she has one shred of decency in her communist soul she will vacate the sentences of the convicted defendents.
The ruling today not only reinforces the willful misconduct of Steven Myhre’s team of prosecutors, but it gives hope that Navarro may be considering ruling on behalf of the defendants on the current motions.

THE RULING TODAY REINFORCES THE WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF STEVEN MYHRE'S TEAM OF PROSECUTORS,

Govt Motion to Reconsider Bunkerville Retrial DENIED

    by Shari

Judge Gloria Navarro ruled today that the prosecutors will not get another chance to retry Cliven Bundy, his sons, Ammon and Ryan, and Ryan Payne.
The case against these four defendants was dismissed with prejudice on January 8, 2018 by Navarro, citing prosecutorial misconduct and several Brady violations of withholding evidence.

In her 11-page ruling, Navarro addressed the multiple reasons the prosecution cited for her to reconsider her ruling. She repeats much of the language from her original dismissal in which she harshly admonished the prosecution, headed by Steven Myhre, for their “flagrant misconduct”.

Additionally, the judge referenced the previous trials, in which Todd Engel and Greg Burleson were convicted.

The claim that the Government did not need to provide evidence of provocation, intimidation, and self-defense is outrageous given that this defense was at issue in the previous trials,
Some of the wording in the ruling is quite interesting, as it refers to the specific charges of which Engel and Burleson were convicted:
Because some evidence pertaining to perceived government misconduct is relevant to defending against Counts Five, Twelve, and Sixteen, and because the possibility of a self-defense theory exists, the Court finds that it did not err in finding that evidence of this nature amounted to a Brady violation and should have been disclosed.

Burleson was sentenced to 68 years for his role in the standoff. Engel is scheduled to be sentenced on July 19th and is facing a possible 20 years in prison. Multiple motions have been filed on their behalf requesting relief from the convictions based on the Brady violations by the government.

The government is desperately trying to keep the convictions from being overturned, yet cannot wipe the taint of their actions from the Judge’s eyes.
The ruling today not only reinforces the willful misconduct of Steven Myhre’s team of prosecutors, but it gives hope that Navarro may be considering ruling on behalf of the defendants on the current motions.

    Full Pardons

PRESIDENT TRUMP PARDONS DWIGHT AND STEVEN HAMMOND

The Hammonds are cattle ranchers in Oregon imprisoned in connection with a fire on public grazing land.

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Donald Trump is pardoning two cattle ranchers convicted of arson in a case that case sparked the armed occupation of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon.

Dwight and Steven Hammond were convicted in 2012 of intentionally and maliciously setting fires on public lands. The arson crime carried a minimum prison sentence of five years, but a sympathetic federal judge, on his last day before retirement, decided the penalty was too stiff and gave the father and son much lighter prison terms.

Prosecutors won an appeal and the Hammonds were resentenced to serve the mandatory minimum.

The decision sparked a protest from Ammon Bundy and dozens of others, who occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near the Hammond ranch in southeastern Oregon from Jan. 2 to Feb. 11, 2016.

Here is the press release from The White House:

Today, President Donald J. Trump signed Executive Grants of Clemency (Full Pardons) for Dwight Lincoln Hammond, Jr., and his son, Steven Hammond. The Hammonds are multi-generation cattle ranchers in Oregon imprisoned in connection with a fire that leaked onto a small portion of neighboring public grazing land. The evidence at trial regarding the Hammonds’ responsibility for the fire was conflicting, and the jury acquitted them on most of the charges.

At the Hammonds’ original sentencing, the judge noted that they are respected in the community and that imposing the mandatory minimum, 5-year prison sentence would “shock the conscience” and be “grossly disproportionate to the severity” of their conduct. As a result, the judge imposed significantly lesser sentences. The previous administration, however, filed an overzealous appeal that resulted in the Hammonds being sentenced to five years in prison. This was unjust.

Dwight Hammond is now 76 years old and has served approximately three years in prison. Steven Hammond is 49 and has served approximately four years in prison. They have also paid $400,000 to the United States to settle a related civil suit. The Hammonds are devoted family men, respected contributors to their local community, and have widespread support from their neighbors, local law enforcement, and farmers and ranchers across the West. Justice is overdue for Dwight and Steven Hammond, both of whom are entirely deserving of these Grants of Executive Clemency.

Congressman Greg Walden, in whose district the Hammonds reside, issued the following statement:

“Today is a win for justice, and an acknowledgement of our unique way of life in the high desert, rural West. I applaud President Trump for thoroughly reviewing the facts of this case, rightly determining the Hammonds were treated unfairly, and taking action to correct this injustice.

“For far too long, Dwight and Steven Hammond have been serving a mandatory minimum sentence that was established for terrorists. This is something that would ‘shock the conscience,’ according to Federal Judge Michael Hogan, who presided over the case and used his discretion in sentencing which later was reversed. As ranchers across eastern Oregon frequently tell me, the Hammonds didn’t deserve a five year sentence for using fire as a management tool, something the federal government does all the time.

“Moving forward, I’m encouraging the House Judiciary Committee to act on my legislation to prevent this situation from happening to other ranchers. H.R. 983 would ensure farmers and ranchers are not prosecuted as terrorists for using fire for range-management purposes.

“For now, though, I am pleased that Dwight and Steven Hammond will return to their families and ranches in Harney County. I look forward to welcoming them back home to eastern Oregon.”

    Good for him.

Did he get the BLM to return the $400,000.00 with interest and compensate them for lost revenue and restore their grazing rights?
