Okay, the most interesting thing on this thread is the talk about Neuro's travels...

Hey Neuro--In your travels over there, do you happen to know if those people are aware of the (((problem)))??

I suspect they have a greater idea about the (((problem))) than most westerners, because there is less public consequences speaking your mind re you know who, on the other hand they wouldn’t in general have much idea what goes on in Europe and Middle East... I have only been for 4 days in the region though and before this I was here in 1997 last time.

If the question was re the little virus not the big parasite. I would say that I have seen as many foreigners wearing face mask on the streets of Bangkok as Thai people, most are wearing the type that offers little to no protection. Definitely more people are facemaskers at airports rather than on the streets.
