Some info regarding Wuhan/Hubei province to show how critical it is to get Wuhan back into business:

I see nothing to indicate the Chinese are turning the corner and getting back to business anytime soon.

On a cryptocurrency chan I frequent an American guy works as a teacher at a school in Huabei province not far from Wuhan and he was giving reports from there until some 10 days ago using VPN. But nothing since then... Perhaps arrested or more likely internet was cut

Iran is putting the city of Qoms under quarantine.
