who's that (Scottish?) guy, bearded "wise old man" type, for a time at least it seems he was somehow associated with D. Icke... I could never get deep into his stuff coz his voice/cadence/etc was such a cure for insomnia! But he had quite a fan base; many touted how much he woke them.
