Funny thing is that most commonly influensa is a Coronavirus, the cold is a Coronavirus. Chances are that all three are correct, as it seemed initially his symptoms was of the common cold that may or may not progress to a flu depending if he has been exposed to this particular Corona strain before... It was just before Corona virus wasn’t a household name, prior to this years media hype.
