I think some time next week we will reach a tipping point as far as the American populace goes. Most people that I deal with on a daily basis are becoming more and more skeptical and angry about this entire situation. Obviously you can argue that there is nothing that the average Joe can do about it, but how long before business owners finally say: hey, it's time to get back to business as usual. Get your ass back in the office, shop, store, etc?

The loss of jobs and the loss of their daily routine (which includes work and simple errands) with no apparent end in sight is gnawing at everyone. I still don't anyone that has COVID or know anyone that knows anyone that has it. Co-workers and customers repeat the same thing.

Perhaps they're just testing us to see how long a fuse we collectively have as a nation. This test will help them plan a future pandemic/crisis.

If they're going to lockdown, it's time to shit or get off the pot. By now, everyone has enough toilet paper, so start the shit show.

I know at the grocery store, it's eerily quiet, like everyone is traumatized or something--it kind of reminds me of what it was like after 9/11. My elderly mother says the quiet at the grocery stores reminds her of after JFK got killed--everyone eerily quiet, state of shock.

I've got deer and turkeys around the house all the time and I see them as fresh meat on the hoof. I was wanting to make some jerky and I needed some deer meat. I was sitting at my table eating dinner one day when I saw a deer walking by. The window was open and my 30-06 was leaned up against the table. I should have stuck the barrel out the window but I didn't. I just let him have it while I was sitting at the table. I thought I'd wrecked my hearing completely when that rifle went off but I had most of it back a couple of weeks later. Never touch off a 30-06 in the house, always stick the barrel out the window first.

I found two antelope bucks with their horns locked together a couple of years ago. They were both dead and hadn't been dead to long. It's a rare think for antelope to lock horns but these two bucks had big horns. One horn on each buck was hooked with the others horn and one bucks horn was hooked in the others mouth and the other buck had one of his horns around the other bucks jaw. They'd fallen down on the ground and neither could get up.

I took photos of them then cut their heads off. Thought I might do something with them sometime like put them back together the way they were after the meat and hide got rotted off them. The only other two antelope with locked horns I've heard of were in a bar in Ingomar, Montana.

ok... this is directly from a relative in the marines. He was telling me his schedule after his stint in the 7th fleet. This was months ago, he said he cant take his leave when he returns because he has to go immediately to the southern border ​for a few months. This is strange and unusual.
