    Re: George Floyd Riots

please share when you have time what defunding the police would look like.
From this guy's perspective, someone who's been working patrol for big city PD for only two years, but he struck me as a genuine nice guy, probably mid-late 20s. His thinking is that patrol will be the last thing, if ever, to be reduced or rolled back. The reduction in force will hit the detective division hard, so instead of a detective investigating a crime against a person taking a day or two to start checking things out, defunded it could take weeks for a detective to follow up on a rape case for example. So essentially the 'criminal justice system' will ultimately crater and screw the crime victims, every last one of them (my opinion not his). He also said that pay and pensions would take a hit and that would make recruiting that much more difficult. We talked about how no one will want to be a cop in the future. He also had some very unkind words about the Chief which kinda surprised me. I sensed from that there was a similar sentiment amongst the rank and file. While we did not discuss the blue flu we did talk about the threshold for the use of deadly force when in one's automobile, "We (as in both cops and non-cops, i.e. mostly reasonable people) have seen enough of the mob pulling people out of cars and trucks and beating the shit out of them, the moment they break out a glass in one's automobile is enough for a reasonable person to be in fear for their life, so gun it and escape."

He also allowed that their bean bag rounds were out of date so the tails didn't deploy and therefore it was one solid mass when it hit at a higher velocity. That college student who got head in the back of the head was hit with an out of date bean bag round which actually embedded in the kid's scalp.

If cops are defunded, invest in those rolldown steel door companies.

I imagine gun ownership would also get a boost.

This cop also told me that they've found half a dozen pallets of bricks deposited in an area with a few blocks of the cop shop - no construction anywhere nearby, but otherwise very, very convenient.

Another thing he said is that they've been ordered to go out there lined up against the protesters without their riot helmets while protecting the cop shop and adjacent freeway because it's a warm and fuzzy de-escalation gesture. How stupid is that shit??

Where does this end? I want racial equality, but I utterly disdain any person or institution endorsing such tactics.

the George Floyd killing has galvanized resistance to police brutality. or did it ignite a race war? or are these protests/riots/uprisings all the work of paid agitators? regardless of what actually happened to Floyd on the street in Minneapolis, the resulting unrest can be harnessed to create actual change. don't let the ruling class have its race war. psy-op the psy-oppers..

^ Helen's latest @ RT today... Nat Guard troops in Atlanta dancing Macarena: https://twitter.com/JennyJarvie/stat...53889472614400

National Guard troops couching curfew in the Macarena are the ‘dancing nurses’ of the George Floyd crackdown

As US cities tiptoe toward martial law, the National Guard has tried to sweeten the deal by couching curfew enforcement in a synchronized dance routine – putting the pandemic’s dancing nurses into perspective.

The country has slipped with surprisingly little fanfare from the de facto medical martial law imposed in the name of the coronavirus pandemic into the real thing, deploying actual soldiers onto the streets of American cities to rein in unruly protesters, rioters, and looters with nary a peep from the heavily armed political factions that promised to fight for their rights if any of President Donald Trump’s predecessors had tried such a thing.

Power seized isn’t necessarily power kept, however, and Americans aren’t used to seeing military uniforms on the streets of their cities. In a climate where the police are so unpopular even the ruling class who gives them their marching orders wants to defund them, the National Guard are, for all intents and purposes, cops on steroids. On top of that, they’re weighed down by the guilt built up over two decades of War on Terror atrocities committed by their brethren fighting in the Middle East.

Hence: dancing. A few dozen National Guardsmen in Atlanta were apparently filmed gyrating to ‘90s party anthem the ‘Macarena’ on Friday night as the city’s 8pm curfew loomed. Skeptics declared they were recycling a trick played on Iraqi kids in the early years of the most recent invasion, posting a video appearing to show a US soldier demonstrating the same dance moves to a group of scared-looking children.

US military psychological operations officers attempted to pacify Iraqis by teaching children the macarena. Now this tactic is successfully being used on protesters in the US to get them to abide by curfew. This is a counter-insurgency strategy. https://t.co/GLexOVI95Ypic.twitter.com/6Np6apB53l

The parallels between the martial law being gradually imposed in the wake of the massive anti-police-brutality protests of the past two weeks and the medical martial law rolled out in response to Covid-19 are obvious for anyone who cares to look.

They don't work all that well against a determined mob. Plenty of vids where the roll down steel doors were bent up from the bottom.

Then they could pull this trick.

Best strategy is probably to leave urban jungle, if you are not in one of these 2 categories:
    1) Nigger
    2) SJW

Then you belong, and will get what you are asking for. If you don’t belong in these two categories, you have already overstayed your welcome. If you still decide to stay, you are an idiot most likely and you’ll get what you deserve!
