]Something Strange Is Happening in Seattle

Seattle is a municipality. A municipality is the body of officers, taken collectively, who are appointed to manage the affairs of that organization. Territory is attached to the municipality.

I haven't heard of anyone occupying the body of any one of the component officers of the municipality so what is happening within Seattle is happening in the territory these officers claim.

Referring to the Law if the Forest,.a forest might enclose a park, warren or chase. These might be within the territory assigned to the officers representing the forest but are not themselves subject to forest laws.

Isn't this similar to what is happening in Seattle?

The authorities are taking this quantum universe stuff to heart. Apparently observation is the only component that is used to construct reality. So they construct false events that we are supposed to observe and reality is formed. Not true reality though since these events never actually happened. Quasi-reality. Morphing toward WROL if a DUI/DWI arrest amounts to “(being) arrested for no fucking reason.”

That kneegro was clearly impaired. And pointing a cop's Taser at a cop at close range does amount to deadly force being used against the cop...so, don't take a cop's Taser from him and then point it at him within Taser range (25 ft. with the Taser X2 model which is capable of two consecutive shots w/o reloading), you will get shot. According to the surveillance video from the Wendy's the kneegro was less than 10 ft. from the cop when he fired the Taser at the cop.
