Take 3 organic grapefruits & 3 organic lemons, peel them, bring the rinds to a boil (she didn't specify how much water? distilled?) in a glass lidded pot, then reduce to simmer for 3 hours. Let it cool, then strain... then u can refrigerate or freeze, & take 2 tablespoons 2x daily.

While Dr Christiane didn't say so, that sounds like a daily dose for a healthy person to take prophylactically -- if u feel cold/flu symptoms coming on, or ur caring for ppl sick, obv take more... how much? Beats me; U can search up this HCQ recipe for more precise instructions.

One person commented, do not remove the glass lid from the pot until it is completely cool so the liquid tha condesnes on the ld is not lost because that is where most of the HQC is concentrated.
