Ignore whatever it is that raises to your level of concern until you can figure out how you are doing it and then fix it.

This is hard philosophy since most people get a rush out of being a victim and no rush at all when they realize they are the perpetrator.

Bill Gates- and George Soros-Backed Organization Buys Out COVID-19 Testing Company

A consortium backed by George Soros and Bill Gates has joined a buyout of Mologic, a COVID-19 testing company.

The Soros Economic Development Fund, an arm of Soros’ Open Society Foundations, confirmed in a July 19 statement that it has partnered with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Soros–Gates collaboration is part of the Global Access Health initiative, which will invest “at least” $41.1 million in the project, according to the statement.

“The group has financed the acquisition of Mologic Ltd, a world-leading innovator in the development of lateral flow and rapid diagnostic technologies including tests that can help combat tropical diseases such as dengue, bilharzia, and river blindness, as well as for COVID-19,” the statement reads, noting that the purchase is an attempt to “expand access to affordable state-of-the-art medical technology through decentralized research, development, and manufacturing” in developing countries.


Founded about two decades ago by the father-and-son team of Mark and Paul Davis, Mologic previously worked with Gates’s foundation, establishing the Advanced Rapid Diagnostics in 2016. Paul Davis is also known for creating the Clearblue pregnancy test in 1988, which, according to the company, is the first application of lateral flow technology.

“Mologic’s transition into a social enterprise is a deliberate, logical, and natural step for a company focused on delivering affordable diagnostics and biotechnology to places that have been left underserved by the relentless pursuit of profiteering,” said Mark Davis in a statement. “With the support of our shareholders, donors, and partners, we have come a long way. We believe we have the people and the skills required for the challenges and opportunities ahead. And we hope this unique transaction will be an example for others to follow.”


Previously, Soros’ Open Society’s funding efforts have been aimed at “building the capacity of community-based organizations to catalyze political engagement throughout the year and not solely around elections.” They feature coordination “with our anchor and core grantees, Democracy Alliance partners and other donors, and field leaders, such as Planned Parenthood, progressive labor, and other allies.”


Soros has also received blowback in the United States for providing funding to left-wing prosecutors and district attorneys, including controversial St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner and Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, during their elections. Soros donated more than $2 million to Gascon’s campaign.


Other left-wing prosecutors he’s provided funding to include Chicago District Attorney Kim Foxx, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, and Baltimore City state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby.


Gates earlier this month announced that his wife, Melinda, will resign from their foundation in two years if they can’t work together amid their divorce.

Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky said Tuesday that he will seek a criminal referral against Dr. Anthony Fauci following a brutal jousting session between the two during a Senate hearing.


Paul made his comment during an appearance on the Fox News show “Hannity.”


“You kicked off your questioning of Dr. Fauci emphasizing federal law makes lying to Congress a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Is it your belief based on the evidence, senator, that he lied before Congress and broke the law?” host Sean Hannity asked.


“Yes, and I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to Congress. We have scientists that will line up by the dozens to say that the research he was funding was gain of function,” Paul said.


Gain-of-function research takes place when researchers studying a pathogen, such as a virus, work to make it more lethal.

Fauci, the longtime director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, claimed the research he supported at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China did not involve gain of function, while Paul insisted it fit the federal definition of such research to a T.


A criminal referral takes place when a member of the House or Senate requests the Justice Department to investigate an alleged violation of criminal law.


During his appearance on “Hannity,” Paul said Fauci denies that gain-of-function research took place “because he has a self-interest to cover his tracks and to cover his connection to Wuhan lab.”


A leak — inadvertent or otherwise — from the lab in Wuhan is suspected as the cause of the coronavirus pandemic.

Paul said Fauci is trying to scurry away from any responsibility for the outbreak of the coronavirus.


“I think the reasoning behind him being so resistant, so livid and so full of ad hominem is he realizes that once the public realizes that the [National Institutes of Health] under his leadership funded the Wuhan lab — that is beyond question they did, the NIH funded the lab — but once the public figures out that they were doing very, very dangerous research there, gain-of-function research, taking dangerous animal viruses and making them more transmissible to humans, once everybody puts this together, he realizes where the blame is going to attach,” the senator said.


“He has at least tangential responsibility. If this came from the lab that he was funding, my goodness, can you imagine the moral culpability that the man has?”

Paul said that Fauci has long downplayed risks to humanity that occur in the name of science.


“But you also have to place this in context. Since 2012, he has said repeatedly that yes, an accident can happen, but the research is worth it, even if an accident were to cause a worldwide pandemic, the research is worth it,” he said.
The senator said Fauci’s logic will not wash with a public that has suffered from COVID-19.


“That judgment call is something that most Americans or people who have family members, the 4 million people who died would say, ‘You know what? Maybe that research isn’t worth it if this contagion actually came out of a lab where they are doing this research,'” Paul said.


He said that Fauci’s recently published emails reveal the truth — that Fauci steered the nation away from seeing his connection to research taking place at the Wuhan lab.


“From the very beginning, I think he was covering up because he realized that there would be a great deal of culpability, of blame attached to him if a lab that he was funding through the NIH turned out to be the source of a pandemic that caused 4 million people to die,” Paul said.


“That could be the worst governmental decision in the history of the world,” he said.

First, I need to correct something.

Paul is only threatening to do a criminal referral to DOJ based on Fauchi lying to Congress. That is the only crime at issue for Dr. Paul.

However, IF gain of function research at Wuhan lab is proven to have actually happened and that it was partially funded by NIH, there is another crime involved and that is ignorning regulatory law that was in effect from 2014 through 2017 that "paused" U S funding of any kind of laboratory research that met the statutory definition of "gain of function."

But we are never going to have that "IF" resolved so that crime will go unpunished.

The only power as far as protecting us with the laws congress makes is to formally refer the matter to the DOJ, where if historical pattern prevails the DOJ will do nothing.

Rand Paul is politically capitalizing on this crime of Dr. Fauchi for personal campaign donations. He could care less whether the DOJ follows up on any possible referral he makes to them.

According to a Yahoo news report from June, the man who invented the mRNA technology used in some coronavirus vaccines had one of his videos deleted by YouTube for ‘medical misinformation,’ after sharing his concerns on the vaccines in a podcast.

After the deletion of his video, Malone clarified that he was not discouraging the use of the vaccine but was providing people with as much fair information as he could about their risks.

“This is a fundamental right having to do with clinical research ethics,” he said. “And so, my concern is that I know that there are risks. But we don’t have access to the data, and the data haven’t been captured rigorously enough so that we can accurately assess those risks — and therefore … we don’t really have the information that we need to make a reasonable decision.”

Malone also said in early July that his LinkedIn account was restored after it was shut down in late June when he raised concerns about the potential risks of the COVID-19 vaccines for some groups. LinkedIn labeled his claims as “misleading” before shutting him down.

Dr. Drew Weissman is more commonly credited with laying the groundwork for mRNA vaccines, but in 1989, Malone published a paper titled “Cationic liposome-mediated RNA transfection.” Many researchers say that Malone’s research was an important scientific breakthrough, but that he wasn’t the sole “inventor,” and instead it was through the ‘work of many’ that the technology came about.

As vaccine adverse reactions and deaths surge, while the efficacy of the jabs plummet, Dr Malone has been sounding the alarm about the vaccines he helped create.

In one post on Twitter, Malone talked about the calculation based on scientific data when it comes to children being vaccinated with the experimental mRNA technology.

“Based on Pfizer hospitalizations, the Pfizer vaccine is 3.5 times more likely to cause a 12 to 17-year-olds to be hospitalized than the CDC predicts it will prevent hospitalization from the disease itself. For 12 to 17-year-old females, the Pfizer vaccine is 4.5 times more likely to cause hospitalization than the CDC predicts to prevent it, by similar calculations,” Dr Malone wrote.

“12 to 17-year-old males are only 16% more likely to die from COVID than the vaccine. Females aged 12 to 17 years old are 72% more likely to die from their vaccine than COVID itself.”

Dr. Robert Malone also made an alarming admission on Twitter recently, claiming that an “experienced journalist” told him his life was in danger for speaking publicly about the risks that come with taking the mRNA jab.

“So, I hope that this is hyperbole and an over-reaction, but last night an experienced journalist told me that I need to get security because I was at risk of being assassinated,” Malone wrote.

“I do not know how to even begin to think about this. I am just a middle-class person. Security??!!??”

Users on Twitter supported the idea of paying for protection, but Malone lamented he couldn’t afford private security detail.

Coronavirus vaccines may be widely available by the fall for most U.S. children as young as 6 months, drugmakers say. Some schools may move to mandate the vaccines for children to be able to return to classes without masks.

According to experts, children are half as likely to get COVID-19, and those that do mostly experience mild, almost unnoticeable symptoms, or no symptoms or at all.

Dr Malone’s statements are similar to what the former Pfizer VP, Dr Michael Yeadon, said about vaccinated children in early June.

In a recent appearance, Dr Yeadon spoke about these adverse events, saying that ‘it makes no sense’ to vaccinate children with a vaccine that is statistically ’50 times more likely’ to kill the child than the virus itself.

Immunologists like Dr Byram Bridle have also recently spoken out about newly obtained data showing the accumulation of spike proteins in vital organs of the body, which experts call the likely culprit of the serious blood clotting and other adverse events the CDC’s VAERS system has been reporting.

The latest data released shows that between the end of 2020, and July 9, 2021, a total of 463,457 total adverse events were reported to the CDC’s vaccine adverse event reporting system (VAERS.) These numbers include 10,991 deaths which is an increase of almost 2,000 over the past week. There were 48,385 serious injuries reported during the same time period which is an increase of 7,370 compared with the previous week.

According to the CDC’s vaccine adverse reactions portal, there have been 4,006 deaths following Covid-19 vaccinations reported between June 26 and July 9. During the same time period, the CDC shows 3,114 deaths attributed to Covid-19. That means there have been over 28% more vaccine-related deaths than Covid-related deaths during the two-week period.

This may be a bit off topic but on a local radio show this morning a local resident called in and said he was scheduled for a minor form of surgery and brief hospitalization in a newly opened Scott and White hospital in the southwest part of town. The hospital told him that they would not admit him and go forward with the scheduled care unless he took the Covid vaccine.

How disturbing !

I was hoping to use the Emergency Room services there should I ever need emergency care. I will not do that. I will try to obtain the policy of the other hospitals in my city and will share it here, or maybe in a separate thread where others can share their local mandatory vaccine policies.
