“The guidance came as the Mexican cartels continue surging drugs across the southern border and into the U.S. Between October and June, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seized 358,302 pounds of drugs at the southwest border, including 8,093 pounds of lethal fentanyl.” Fentanyl is an opioid.

“The amount of fentanyl seized at the border has steadily increased throughout the last few years and the amount seized so far in 2021 has already exceeded what was captured in 2019 and 2020 combined.”

“’Sunday Morning Futures’ host Maria Bartiromo interviewed former acting administrator of the DEA Timothy Shea May 9 about the cartels trafficking drugs across the U.S.-Mexico border. Bartiromo stated that Shea was supposed to be joined by a DEA official, but that the DOJ last minute canceled his appearance.”

“’We actually invited an official from the Drug Enforcement Administration to come on with you,’ Bartiromo said. ‘And we thought we would have a conversation, the three of us. But Biden’s DOJ squashed it’.”

“She added, ‘They did not want the DEA official to be on to discuss this. So, there is also a media ban on this’.”

“The DEA’s 2020 Drug Threat Assessment found that ‘Mexican cartels are increasingly responsible for producing and supplying fentanyl to the U.S. market’ and that ‘they remain the greatest criminal drug threat in the United States’.”

“A senior DEA official in May told NPR that Mexican agencies have become less transparent with the U.S., making it more difficult to combat the threat of Mexican cartels.”

“’We’re willing to share [intelligence] with our counterparts in Mexico, but they themselves are too afraid to even engage with us because of repercussions from their own government if they get caught working with DEA,’ said Matthew Donahue, DEA deputy chief of operations.”

So to sum up: don’t call the MEXICAN CARTELS the MEXICAN CARTELS, even though they’re killing and addicting and maiming huge numbers of Americans.

“I wish he cared more about the Southern Border,” she added, describing how huge numbers of infected aliens continue to arrive at the border every month.

It comes as authorities report that 213,000 people were apprehended while crossing the border in July, which is higher than at any point in the last 21 years. Many of those tested positive for COVID-19, and are being released into communities all over the country.

Noem told the crowd that she doesn’t believe that governors have the authority to tell Americans that they must shut down their businesses or shelter in place, or to pass on mandates ordered by the federal government. It was a clear publicity drive for her upcoming re-election campaign, but one clearly welcomed by the crowd.

India Gives Emergency Authorization to World’s First DNA-Based COVID-19 Vaccine

The world’s first plasmid DNA vaccine against COVID-19 has been given emergency authorization by India’s drug regulator for use in those aged 12 and above.

The Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) on Aug. 20 granted emergency use authorization to the vaccine ZyCoV-D, a vaccine produced by India-based drugmaker Zydus Cadila and developed in partnership with India’s Department of Biotechnology.

The authorization makes ZyCoV-D the first vaccine available in India for those aged under 18.

It is administered in three doses 28 days apart, using a needle-free applicator that delivers the vaccine contents painlessly in between the layers of the skin.

The vaccine contains plasmids, or circular pieces of DNA, which carry a section of genetic material from the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The plasmids instruct human cells to make mRNA, which in turn instructs cells to make proteins that mimic the SARS-CoV-2 virus spike protein. The proteins appear on the surface of the cells, eliciting an immune response in the body, with the goal being to teach the body how to fight the real virus.

“The main advantage of DNA vaccines is their ability to stimulate both the humoral and cellular arms of the adaptive immune system,” the company said in a release (pdf). “They are a valuable form of antigen-specific immunotherapy, as they are safe, stable, and can be easily produced.”

Interim results from phase 3 clinical trials involving more than 28,000 volunteers showed an efficacy rate of 66.6 percent against symptomatic COVID-19 cases, according to a statement via India’s Ministry of Science and Technology.

Zydus Cadila, listed as Cadila Healthcare Ltd, seeks to manufacture 100 million to 120 million doses of ZyCoV-D annually and has begun stockpiling the vaccine. It also plans to seek approval for a two-dose regimen of the vaccine.

The latest authorization makes ZyCoV-D the sixth vaccine authorized for use in India, and the second one developed domestically to get emergency authorization, after Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin.

India has a vaccination program that seeks to have all eligible adults vaccinated by December. According to data from Johns Hopkins University, about nine percent of the population has been fully vaccinated so far.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the latest authorization, writing on Twitter, “India is fighting COVID-19 with full vigour. The approval for world’s first DNA based ‘ZyCov-D’ vaccine of [Zydus Cadila] is a testimony to the innovative zeal of India’s scientists. A momentous feat indeed.”

But how was this made possible — this “follow the science mantra” that has mesmerized so much of the world?
Before I reply to that, let me introduce a German word that is very useful. It’s the kind of word that can make you sound urbane and sophisticated at a cocktail party if you use it at just the right time. The word is Weltanschauung, and it literally means “world-view.” The handy-dandy Dictionary.com defines Weltanschauung as “a comprehensive conception or image of the universe and of humanity’s relation to it.” You might say it is the lens through which someone views all of reality, from the Ultimate Reality down to the smallest details of life. There are any number of Weltanschauungen in the world, but perhaps the dominant one today is what we call the Cartesian-Newtonian-Darwinian worldview, an outlook that places man in a universe not created by God, but one that resulted from the chance brute forces of nature acting blindly for billions and billions of years. This worldview comes from the so-called “Enlightenment.” In it, the empirical sciences of biology, chemistry, physics, and the like have dethroned theology and even sound philosophy in the hierarchy of wisdom. In this world-view, things began with atoms smashing into each other randomly in the void; then living things just happened by chance; and, eventually, man appeared on the stage. Then, somehow, we evolved to having Joe Biden in the White House. Conveniently ignored here are such nagging questions as how did we go from nothing existing to something existing, and how did we go from non-life to living things. Given enough time and random atom slamming, apparently anything is possible — which suggests that this Weltanschauung requires of its adherents an intense and irrational faith. In this world-view, there is no creation, no providence, no God, and no grace. There is only chance and evolutionary processes. Man was not created by a benevolent God to know, love, and serve Him, but just happened — he was somehow belched out of the primordial soup with no purpose and no destiny.
And, in this world-view, the only redemption is the domination that we can impose on the world through science. In the place of God, we have a whole pantheon of scientistic elites who will help us to achieve their ideals of human flourishing which are currently being marketed by a burlesque James Bond villain named Klaus Schwaub as the “Great Reset” and the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” — both of which are simply pompous names for a global, socialist new world order.
These folks have given us a new priestly caste in the persons of the white-lab-coat vested scientific guru who is paid to impose this toxic Weltanschauung on the world, from little children all the way up to seniors glued to the television set in those homes where autocrats like Andrew Cuomo can kill them. So, people like “Bill Nye the Science Guy” — or the lying, scheming Dr. Anthony Fauci with his cynical emails, his flip-flopping advice, and his unearned celebrity — are now the anointed experts who lecture us all about what constitutes Ultimate Reality.
Worse yet, thanks to the crisis in the Church, many in our sacred hierarchy have embraced some of the most — figuratively and literally — toxic aspects of this corrosive worldview and have, thereby, undermined their own faith and and morals — along with those of many of the laity who are exposed to their noxious preaching.
By contrast, our Weltanschauung tells us that God the Father Almighty created heaven and earth, that God the Son redeemed fallen man and works in human history through the Church to save us from hell and bring us to heaven, and that God the Holy Ghost sanctifies the souls of all those who have accepted Jesus Christ and the Gospel He continues to preach throughout the ages in the Church. Our worldview embraces God’s providence and tells us that far from being merely chance products of the brute forces of nature which will eventually kill him, man is a rational being called to a supernatural end by knowing, loving, and serving the Blessed and Eternal Trinity. Our world-view embraces both faith and reason and subjects the sound data of the empirical sciences to common-sense, traditional cosmological wisdom, logic, metaphysics, and the supernaturally revealed truths that God imparts to us through Scripture and Tradition as taught us by the only infallible teacher of mankind: the Catholic Church. Our world-view includes the Seven Sacraments, the Six Days of Creation, the Five Wounds of Christ, the Four Cardinal Virtues, the Three Theological Virtues, the Two Natures in Christ, and the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. Call it, if you will, the higher math. Our Weltanschauung, in brief, is Catholic. "

Due to the extraordinarily high demand for AFLDS telemedicine services and medications, the pharmacy has been unable to meet demand as quickly as it would like. They are addressing this issue and it will be improved, however in the meantime please note the following.
First – patients with symptoms will be prioritized. If you do not have symptoms, please do not say you do – you have time to receive your meds and you will still receive them relatively quickly. We are asking everyone to act honorably knowing they will be able to get what they need.
Second – typically the physician is able to see you the same day or the next day, and the pharmacy typically sees you within 24 hours of that. Please be patient as it now may take up to 72 hours.
Third – as a reminder – our physician services are available for payment only because we still have a free market which is allowing you to buy something you want for a fair price. We have received thousands of emails from non-Americans who would pay exorbitant fees to stand where you freely stand: the ability to purchase something useful. So we do not answer any emails from people asking us about this service being covered by insurance. We are outside the insurance system specifically because the insurance system is blocking you from obtaining what you need for your good health.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), Ivermectin, and other COVID-19 medications can be obtained by prescription in the USA in almost every state. AFLDS-trained and licensed physicians are available via telemedicine for a short consultation. Our physicians know that HCQ and Zinc are effective both prophylactically and when used early. The telemedicine physician will review your history. Almost all patients can safely take these medications.
