The recent San Diego earthquake was HAARP. Southern California gets HAARPed crazy, to have smaller earthquakes so the 7.0 or 7.5 one does not happen. As HAARP was used to steer away the hurricane away from Florida years ago. It is used to attack enemies and protect the US.
