So one guy is going to build a huge 200m research ship because he has realised he can scoop up all this free petrochemical material floating on the water and use it to power his vessel. If it's a research vessel it will have a particular construction layout so it will be interesting to see if it conforms to that or turns out to be a rich persons mega playground yacht. "Charity" does not pay for whites being giving laced vaccines. Whites are expected to pay either through taxes or through their paid medical insurance. "Whitey" is expected to pay for being poisoned, the Africans can't afford it so it "charity" steps in.
