This is great news. I have some quibbles with some of the points but nothing serious enough to object to this very important effort.

Investigations against the perpetrators of these lockdowns, that is the individual officials responsible for them, must be launched. The individuals should have every penny of their net worth turned over to those they harmed financially and prison sentences for those where it is proven the lockdown and associated orders caused physical injuries including death.

I am acquainted with this priest. My wife & I went to confession to Fr. Nolan last month and then to evening Mass. After Mass we did our hour of Eucharistic Adoration, and the only other people in the church were Fr. Nolan, on his knees in front of the tabernacle for an hour, and Fr. Kluge. They are very holy and good priests.

In an open letter, more than 300 Belgian doctors and 1,100 health professionals call on their government to stop the corona measures immediately.

These are disproportionate and cause more harm than good, "There is no longer any medical justification for this policy".

Some important excerpts from the letter:

We believe that politicians have introduced binding measures that are not sufficiently scientifically sound and one-sided, and that there is not enough space in the media for an open debate where different views and opinions are heard.

In addition, the strict repressive policy around the corona is in sharp contrast to the previous minimal policy of the government when it comes to disease prevention such as strengthening the own immune system through a healthy lifestyle, optimal care with attention for the individual and investments in nursing staff.

The WHO originally predicted a pandemic that would claim 3.4% victims, i.e. millions of dead by a highly contagious virus for which there is no treatment or vaccine. The course of Covid-19 followed the course of a normal wave of infections, similar to a flu season.

Like every year, we see a mix of flu viruses following the curve: first the rhinoviruses, then the influenza A and B viruses, followed by the coronaviruses. There is nothing that is different from what we normally see. The mortality turned out to be many times lower than expected and is close to that of normal seasonal flu (0.2%).

The number of registered corona deaths therefore still seems to be overestimated. There is a difference between death from corona and death with corona.

Using the non-specific PCR test, which gives many false-positive results, gave an exponential picture. This test was carried out rashly and never tested properly.

The manufacturer expressly pointed out that this test was intended for research and not for diagnostics. Since a positive PCR test does not automatically indicate active infection or infectivity, it does not justify the social measures based on these tests alone.

So it is not a second corona wave, but a so-called "Kaseinämie" (German word) due to an increased number of tests. So nothing has changed; the climax is over.

Lockdown. If you compare the waves of infection in countries with a strict lockdown policy with countries that have not ( Sweden, Iceland ...), you see similar curves. So there is no connection between the imposed lockdown and the course of the infection. The lockdown did not result in a lower death rate.

In this time of great crisis, we Pastors of the Catholic Church, by virtue of our mandate, consider it our sacred duty to make an Appeal to our Brothers in the Episcopate, to the Clergy, to Religious, to the holy People of God and to all men and women of good will. This Appeal has also been undersigned by intellectuals, doctors, lawyers, journalists and professionals who agree with its content, and may be undersigned by those who wish to make it their own.

The facts have shown that, under the pretext of the Covid-19 epidemic, the inalienable rights of citizens have in many cases been violated and their fundamental freedoms, including the exercise of freedom of worship, expression and movement, have been disproportionately and unjustifiably restricted. Public health must not, and cannot, become an alibi for infringing on the rights of millions of people around the world, let alone for depriving the civil authority of its duty to act wisely for the common good. This is particularly true as growing doubts emerge from several quarters about the actual contagiousness, danger and resistance of the virus. Many authoritative voices in the world of science and medicine confirm that the media’s alarmism about Covid-19 appears to be absolutely unjustified.

We have reason to believe, on the basis of official data on the incidence of the epidemic as related to the number of deaths, that there are powers interested in creating panic among the world’s population with the sole aim of permanently imposing unacceptable forms of restriction on freedoms, of controlling people and of tracking their movements. The imposition of these illiberal measures is a disturbing prelude to the realization of a world government beyond all control.

We also believe that in some situations the containment measures that were adopted, including the closure of shops and businesses, have precipitated a crisis that has brought down entire sectors of the economy. This encourages interference by foreign powers and has serious social and political repercussions. Those with governmental responsibility must stop these forms of social engineering, by taking measures to protect their citizens whom they represent, and in whose interests they have a serious obligation to act. Likewise, let them help the family, the cell of society, by not unreasonably penalizing the weak and elderly, forcing them into a painful separation from their loved ones. The criminalization of personal and social relationships must likewise be judged as an unacceptable part of the plan of those who advocate isolating individuals in order to better manipulate and control them.

We ask the scientific community to be vigilant, so that cures for Covid-19 are offered in honesty for the common good. Every effort must be made to ensure that shady business interests do not influence the choices made by government leaders and international bodies. It is unreasonable to penalize those remedies that have proved to be effective, and are often inexpensive, just because one wishes to give priority to treatments or vaccines that are not as good, but which guarantee pharmaceutical companies far greater profits, and exacerbate public health expenditures. Let us also remember, as Pastors, that for Catholics it is morally unacceptable to develop or use vaccines derived from material from aborted fetuses.

We also ask government leaders to ensure that forms of control over people, whether through tracking systems or any other form of location-finding, are rigorously avoided. The fight against Covid-19, however serious, must not be the pretext for supporting the hidden intentions of supranational bodies that have very strong commercial and political interests in this plan. In particular, citizens must be given the opportunity to refuse these restrictions on personal freedom, without any penalty whatsoever being imposed on those who do not wish to use vaccines, contact tracking or any other similar tool. Let us also consider the blatant contradiction of those who pursue policies of drastic population control and at the same time present themselves as the savior of humanity, without any political or social legitimacy. Finally, the political responsibility of those who represent the people can in no way be left to “experts” who can indeed claim a kind of immunity from prosecution, which is disturbing to say the least.

We strongly urge those in the media to commit themselves to providing accurate information and not penalizing dissent by resorting to forms of censorship, as is happening widely on social media, in the press and on television. Providing accurate information requires that room be given to voices that are not aligned with a single way of thinking. This allows citizens to consciously assess the facts, without being heavily influenced by partisan interventions. A democratic and honest debate is the best antidote to the risk of imposing subtle forms of dictatorship, presumably worse than those our society has seen rise and fall in the recent past.

Finally, as Pastors responsible for the flock of Christ, let us remember that the Church firmly asserts her autonomy to govern, worship, and teach. This autonomy and freedom are an innate right that Our Lord Jesus Christ has given her for the pursuit of her proper ends. For this reason, as Pastors we firmly assert the right to decide autonomously on the celebration of Mass and the Sacraments, just as we claim absolute autonomy in matters falling within our immediate jurisdiction, such as liturgical norms and ways of administering Communion and the Sacraments. The State has no right to interfere, for any reason whatsoever, in the sovereignty of the Church. Ecclesiastical authorities have never refused to collaborate with the State, but such collaboration does not authorize civil authorities to impose any sort of ban or restriction on public worship or the exercise of priestly ministry. The rights of God and of the faithful are the supreme law of the Church, which she neither intends to, nor can, abdicate. We ask that restrictions on the celebration of public ceremonies be removed.

We should like to invite all people of good will not to shirk their duty to cooperate for the common good, each according to his or her own state and possibilities and in a spirit of fraternal charity. The Church desires such cooperation, but this cannot disregard either a respect for natural law or a guarantee of individual freedoms. The civil duties to which citizens are bound imply the State’s recognition of their rights.

We are all called to assess the current situation in a way consistent with the teaching of the Gospel. This means taking a stand: either with Christ or against Christ. Let us not be intimidated or frightened by those who would have us believe that we are a minority: Good is much more widespread and powerful than the world would have us believe. We are fighting against an invisible enemy that seeks to divide citizens, to separate children from their parents, grandchildren from their grandparents, the faithful from their pastors, students from teachers, and customers from vendors. Let us not allow centuries of Christian civilization to be erased under the pretext of a virus, and an odious technological tyranny to be established, in which nameless and faceless people can decide the fate of the world by confining us to a virtual reality. If this is the plan to which the powers of this earth intend to make us yield, know that Jesus Christ, King and Lord of History, has promised that “the gates of Hell shall not prevail” (Mt 16:18).

Let us entrust government leaders and all those who rule over the fate of nations to Almighty God, that He may enlighten and guide them in this time of great crisis. May they remember that, just as the Lord will judge us Pastors for the flock which he has entrusted to us, so will He also judge government leaders for the peoples whom they have the duty to defend and govern.

With faith, let us beseech the Lord to protect the Church and the world. May the Blessed Virgin, Help of Christians, crush the head of the ancient Serpent and defeat the plans of the children of darkness.

1. There was no scientific basis for a SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, since the pandemic declaration was based solely on fraudulent data manufactured for purpose by a grossly inaccurate and unfit-for-purpose PCR 'test'.

The destruction of our economy (and other countries globally), the lives of tens and tens of millions of Americans destroyed over this alleged pandemic, on-going and unscientific mandates such as social distancing, forced wearing of masks and lockdowns are all based on fear mongering for profit and politics.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich has been a licensed attorney in both Germany and California for 26 years. He is no lightweight. He is a consumer protection lawyer who goes after big corporations, i.e., successfully against Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen and others.

And I want to give a shout out to Laura Ingraham--even though she's on Fox, and they can't put the whole truth out there, she's actually been doing an amazing job on this whole covid scam. I just found out that she was the one who got a couple of her doctors (that she has on her show, one is Dr. Ramin Oskoui) to talk with Trump and tell him about hydroxychloroquine (again, I don't believe there's a new virus out there, but apparently this helps with a variety of sicknesses)--and what's good about the hydroxy is that they then have no basis for mandating the vaccines since there are treatments available.

She's also been against the lockdowns and has been calling for the nation to open up and get back to school and work. Laura also had the 3 doctors from the Great Barrington Declaration on her show.

And in banter with Hannity (who does not really get it- thinks it's fine to wear a mask and has no suspicion whatsoever), she said something along the lines of "how do we know the masks are not going to last forever?" And all along, she's also been saying that when our rights and liberties are at stake, we need to question.

Laura's also had Dr. Atlas on a lot and the other night he noted that "some are saying the public health response has been a crime against humanity," which makes me think that he's seen Dr. Reiner Fuellmich's presentation on the scientific fraud with the PCR test and crimes against humanity in the government response. The next night, she had Dr. Ramin Oskoui and he also mentioned crimes against humanity and questioned why Fauci still had a job (so maybe he saw the German lawyer too).

She's also alluded to the fact that there are problems with the PCR test (so I really think she gets it). And last night she asked "where are all the flu cases," and she and her guest seemed to understand that they were being counted as covid and used to further that agenda. A week or so ago, Laura also had a guest on to talk about all the the surveillance measures they are rolling out (I think she sees the pre-planning- like drones to measure social distancing, how did they come up with that so fast unless they knew) and she noted that they were trying to set up a communist state and that we are a free people are we are going to remain a free people. And at one point, she hinted by saying "some think there's a nefarious agenda" and I saw on her twitter something like "the globalists have long wanted to track us." So, I think she truly gets it more than anyone else on the MSM.

Tucker still seems confused, though he did report that the WHO (Dr. Nabarro) changed it's stance on lockdowns and no longer recommends them (Ingraham also covered this) and he did show the survival rates stats (99.99% for most groups). So he sort of gets it, but then can't put it all together.

Also, both Laura and Tucker have had Alex Berenson on as a guest and he's written a covid skeptic book and he seems to get that something is terribly wrong. He's even tweeted about the censorship of vaccine videos. I found his website and email and have been sending him info.

Hannity--forget it. He's a sheep, and doesn't appear to care about his rights or freedom.

2020 lock down tyranny is just the beginning of a much larger plan

Seems like DeSantis is probably the best Governor out there b/c it seems like he's onto the Covid scam. He broke free of Fauci's dictates by meeting with his own team of medical experts (the epidemiologists from the Great Barrington Declaration), he had a big poster board of the CDC survival rates at a press conference (showing most age groups 99% survival), he's said he's not locking down again, and he's been against mask mandates. The abbreviated timelines for the emergency use applications and authorizations means there is much the FDA does not know about these products even as it authorizes them for emergency use, including their effectiveness against asymptomatic infection, death, and transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes the disease.

My name is Mark Trozzi. I am a medical doctor; I graduated in 1990 from The University of Western Ontario. I have been practicing Emergency Medicine for the past twenty-five years; and I have been on call in multiple emergency units since the onset of the so-called "pandemic", including one ER designated specifically for COVID-19.

I am an Advanced Trauma Life Support professor with the College of Surgeons of America, and I hold teaching positions at Sunnybrook Health Sciences in the Advanced Life Support Department, as well as with both Queen's University and The University of Ottawa.

What follows is my observations and opinions; I am bound by my personal and religious convictions to speak openly and honestly. I do not have authority to tell you "the truth", but I will share my honest experiences, perceptions, and digests of hundreds of hours of research on the subject of covid-19.

At the onset of this "pandemic", I was cautious and hence meticulous with N95 mask use, hand washing, social isolation and distancing etc. I studied coronavirus science and was deeply involved in many emergency department drills to modify our practice in profound ways to deal with the "killer virus" we were advertised. However, various things soon made me consider that we were being deceived and manipulated.

Here are a few:

The "first wave" of the "pandemic" was absolutely the quietest time in my career. I have worked very hard and been very busy over the past twenty-five years in ER.

However, both in my regular ER and my "COVID-19 designated" ER, there were almost no patients, and almost no work. I had multiple long ER shifts without a single patient.

Meanwhile, when I would go to the local grocery store, the propagandized public, God bless them, would usher me to the front of the antisocial distance line, thanking me for everything I was going through as a front-line emergency doctor.

They believed that the ER's and hospitals were full of patients dying from covid, and that I must be exhausted and at risk of dying myself from exposure. I began contacting doctors and friends all over Canada and the US, and found the same pattern: empty hospitals, and propaganda saying that they were full of patients dying of covid.

Early in my studies, I investigated zinc and hydroxychloroquine, which based on sound physiology, may genuinely help those rare persons who get very sick with this cold virus. I was surprised that this treatment was simply brushed aside and dismissed by most of the medical community.

Researching the World Health Organization, of the UN, I learned that the Chinese dictatorship (PRC) had propped up a ******* communist "Dr" Tedros, as the head of the WHO; and I learned how the PRC had been involved in: the virus release; the cover-up for weeks; the disappearing and suppression of honest Chinese doctors and scientist; the spreading of the virus to the world (sparing Beijing where the PRC elite live); and dramatic abuse of the Chinese people in their well-timed lockdown, which was filmed and transmitted to the world to create the panic that herded all of us into surrendering our economies and civil rights.

At every level, hospital administration has had no apparent choice, other than to submit to the endless top-down roll out from governments, of questionable new rules, protocols, and procedures.

My honest conversations with coworkers about my research and observations, became a problem. Caught in this quandary, an important administrator who I greatly respect, told me that "my thoughts made others uncomfortable, and made it difficult to keep everyone motivated and compliant" with all the new protocols and restrictions.

Sympathetic to the sad situation, I maintained my clinical position by promising to "bite my tongue any time I thought I was going to speak about COVID-19" in the hospital. This was ultimately ethically impossible for me, and I have recently removed myself from the ER to avoid conflict.

I have never seen a patient sick with COVID-19; I have seen some positive PCR tests in asymptomatic people, and watched people be imprisoned in their own homes and isolated from family and friends.

My research into the PCR test has convinced me personally that it is misleading, manipulatable, and being used to drain endless taxpayer's money and future debt, to dramatically enrich the very criminals running this scandal.

My province alone has performed ~50,000 PCR tests daily. Meanwhile our federal government is bringing in hundreds of thousands of doses of potentially dangerous experimental injections of modified viral genetic material, calling them "vaccines", and having the military manage them. Is this reasonable for a predominantly mild and non-fatal viral illness.

I have watched the suppression of doctors and scientists who performed serum antibody studies, whose findings showed that the virus was much more widespread, yet generally nonfatal, and asymptomatic or very mild in most cases; and that in many regions we had likely already achieved natural herd immunity by summer 2020.

I noticed that after China's theatric lockdown, they quickly went back to business as usual, while all our economies were frozen; they gained tremendous control over the world's marketplace. It seems a great, though evil strategy!

POLITICAL MANIPULATION OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS

I perceive that many things we learned in medical school about infectious disease, have been brushed aside and replaced by constantly expanding lists of often ******* mandates by public health officials. Doctors, nurses, and teachers are especially important to the success of this COVID-19 deception, as we are leaders in society and people trust our advice.

So, it is no surprise that I have found free speech and thought have been very suppressed in our ranks. Rather than endure the punishments of dissenting, we can choose to experience the short-sighted perks like extremely quiet days in the ER, replacing our traditional hands-on work with Zoom sessions from home; and accessing a variety of new COVID-19 ******* codes.

At one point, an option existed to make more money than I normally make working in a busy ER, to just stay home and be available in case the covid swabbing nurse needed to video conference with me.

There are many positive and negative motivators being used to manipulate Canadian doctors, nurses and teachers, to inadvertently participate in this grand covid deception; but this is destroying our society. To use a Titanic metaphor: "even the luxury suites on the Titanic end up at the bottom of the ocean when she sinks". Also, much of what is being done, including the experimental viral genetic injections, seem to violate the Nuremberg code regarding medical experimentation with full informed consent by the participants. Doctor's and nurses face tough decisions. My career as an emergency physician always provided me an opportunity to practice my religious and ethical beliefs of honesty and kindness, while making a good living. Now maintaining the career I love, would require participating in the deception, violating my oath and spiritual beliefs, and in my opinion committing crimes against humanity as defined by the Nuremberg Code.

I empathize with all my fellow doctors and nurses. We are all victims of the covid abuse.

FACE MASKS AND VACCINATIONS

The forced wearing of masks by most of the world's population is not unanimously supported by real science. These masks cause significant harm to our psychologic, social, dermatologic, dental and otolaryngotic health. Though I generally have great health, the masks have given me rashes and nasal symptoms whenever I have had to wear them for prolonged periods, which resolve whenever I do not wear them for a few days. What I find most disturbing is the elimination of facial expressions, and hence normal visual social interaction.

The history of past attempts at vaccines for coronaviruses, revealed some very dangerous side effects in animal models, and the efforts were abandoned. Why would we take a dangerous vaccine for a generally mild illness, to which we develop herd immunity anyways? The current roll-out of fast tracked expensive experimental "vaccines" is burying the taxpayers in endless debt to the rich and powerful villains of this story. Yet, we the people who have been imprisoned and abused in this scandal, are being manipulated into taking new strange injections, in hopes that we might regain some of our freedom. I have been practicing Emergency Medicine for the past twenty-five years; and I have been on call in multiple emergency units since the onset of the so-called “pandemic”, until February 2021, including one ER designated specifically for COVID-19. I am an Advanced Trauma Life Support professor with the College of Surgeons of America, and I hold teaching positions in multiple Canadian medical schools.
What follows is my observations and opinions; I am bound by my personal and religious convictions to speak openly and honestly. I do not have authority to tell you “the truth”, but I will share my honest experiences, perceptions, and digests of hundreds of hours of research on the subject of covid-19.
At the onset of this “pandemic”, I was cautious and hence meticulous with N95 mask use, hand washing, social isolation and distancing etc. I studied coronavirus science and was deeply involved in many emergency department drills to modify our practice in profound ways to deal with the “killer virus” we were advertised. However, various things soon made me consider that we were being deceived and manipulated. Here are a few:

The First Wave
The “first wave” of the “pandemic” was absolutely the quietest time in my career. I have worked very hard and been very busy over the past twenty-five years in ER. However, both in my regular ER and my “COVID-19 designated” ER, there were almost no patients, and almost no work. I had multiple long ER shifts without a single patient. Meanwhile, when I would go to the local grocery store, the propagandized public, God bless them, would usher me to the front of the antisocial distance line, thanking me for everything I was going through as a front-line emergency doctor. They believed that the ER’s and hospitals were full of patients dying from covid, and that I must be exhausted and at risk of dying myself from exposure. I began contacting doctors and friends all over Canada and the US, and found the same pattern: empty hospitals, and propaganda saying that they were full of patients dying of covid.

Early Investigation
Early in my studies, I investigated zinc and hydroxychloroquine, which based on sound physiology, may genuinely help those rare persons who get very sick with this cold virus. I was surprised that this treatment was simply brushed aside and dismissed by most of the medical community.

Early Concerns Researching the World Health Organization, of the UN, I learned that the Chinese dictatorship (PRC) had propped up communist and disreputable “Dr” Tedros, as the head of the WHO. I learned how the PRC had been involved in: the virus release; the cover up for weeks; the disappearing and suppression of honest Chinese doctors and scientist; the spreading of the virus to the world (sparing Beijing where the PRC elite live); and dramatic abuse of the Chinese people in their well-timed lockdown, which was filmed and transmitted to the world to create the panic that herded all of us into surrendering our economies and civil rights.

Foxes Gaurding the Henhouse I learned how Canada’s chief public health officer Dr Tam, is also on the oversight committee of the WHO with Dr Tedros; making her, I think, a double agent. I have listened to her often-bizarre dissertations to Canadians regarding covid-19.

My Perception of the Situation I perceive that at every level, hospital administration has had no apparent choice, other than to submit to the endless top-down roll out from governments, of questionable new rules, protocols, and procedures. My honest conversations with coworkers about my research and observations, became a problem. Caught in this quandary, an important administrator who I greatly respect, told me that “my thoughts made others uncomfortable, and made it difficult to keep everyone motivated and compliant” with all the new protocols and restrictions. Sympathetic to the sad situation, I maintained my clinical position by promising to “bite my tongue any time I thought I was going to speak about COVID-19” in the hospital. This was ultimately ethically impossible for me, and by mid-November I began winding down my ER work, and resigned from all my ER’s by mid-February, to avoid conflicts between my social, legal, and ethical responsibilities; and the hospitals which I am fond of.

Have I Ever Seen a Covid-19 Patient?
In my emergency department work, I have never seen a patient sick with COVID-19; I have seen some positive PCR tests in asymptomatic people, and watched people be imprisoned in their own homes and isolated from family and friends. My research into the PCR test has convinced me personally that it is misleading, manipulatable, and being used to drain endless taxpayer’s money and future debt, to dramatically enrich the very criminals running this scandal. My province alone has performed ~50,000 PCR tests daily. Meanwhile our federal government is bringing in hundreds of thousands of doses of potentially dangerous experimental injections of modified viral genetic material, calling them “vaccines”, and having the military manage them. Is this reasonable for a predominantly mild and non-fatal viral illness?

Information Suppression?

I have watched the suppression of doctors and scientists who performed serum antibody studies, whose findings showed that the virus was much more widespread, yet generally nonfatal, and asymptomatic or very mild in most cases; and that in many regions we had likely already achieved natural herd immunity by summer 2020.
Look at this study performed in Wuhan itself, which shows that the virus was done there by June 1, 2020 just two months after their brief lockdowns ended, and no one was spreading it, not even the very few people with a positive PCR “test” (and they were not sick):

I noticed that after China’s theatric lockdown, they quickly went back to business as usual, while all our economies were frozen; they gained tremendous control over the world’s marketplace. It seems a great though evil strategy!

Political Manipulation of Health Care Workers
I perceive that many things we learned in medical school about infectious disease, have been brushed aside and replaced by constantly expanding lists of to-me-often-strange mandates by public health officials. Doctors, nurses, and teachers are especially important to the success of this COVID-19 deception, as we are leaders in society and people trust our advice. So, it is no surprise that I have found free speech and thought have been very suppressed in our ranks. Rather than endure the punishments of dissenting, we can choose to experience the short-sighted perks like extremely quiet days in the ER, replacing our traditional hands-on work with Zoom sessions from home; and accessing a variety of new COVID-19 billing codes. At one point, I was offered a position making more money than I normally make working in a busy ER, to just stay home and be available in case the covid swabbing nurse needed to video conference with me.
There are many positive and negative motivators being used to manipulate Canadian doctors, nurses and teachers, to inadvertently participate in this grand covid deception; but this is destroying our society. To use a Titanic metaphor: “even the luxury suites on the Titanic end up at the bottom of the ocean when she sinks”. Also, much of what is being done, including the experimental viral genetic injections, seem to violate the Nuremberg code regarding medical experimentation with full informed consent by the participants.
Doctors and nurses face tough decisions. My career as an emergency physician had always provided me an opportunity to practice my religious and ethical beliefs of honesty and kindness, while making a good living. Now maintaining the career, I love, would require participating in the deception, violating my oath and spiritual beliefs, and in my opinion committing crimes against humanity as defined by the Nuremberg Code.
I empathize with all my fellow doctors and nurses. We are all victims of the covid abuse.

Deeper Investigation
I researched and perceived how corrupt oligarchs seem to have planned this crime against humanity. This planning included Event 201 which was a simulation of a corona pandemic conducted by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum and Johns Hopkins University in October 2019; and the Rockefeller Foundation’s 2010 Viral outbreak simulation planning called “Operation Lockstep”. Both these projects described how a viral outbreak would be used to bring in an authoritarian system with the loss of our human rights and freedoms. I also observed how their cohorts in big tech like Google, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube worked to censor and deceive us all; it’s genuine propaganda.

Regarding the Use of Face Masks:
The forced wearing of masks by most of the world’s population is not unanimously supported by real science. These masks cause significant harm to our psychologic, social, dermatologic, dental, systemic and otolaryngotic health. Though I generally have great health, the masks have given me rashes and nasal symptoms whenever I have had to wear them for prolonged periods, which resolve whenever I do not wear them for a few days. What I find most disturbing is the elimination of facial expressions, and hence normal visual social interaction.

Regarding Covid-19 Vaccinations: The history of past attempts at vaccines for coronaviruses, revealed some very dangerous side effects in animal models, and the efforts were abandoned. Why would we take a dangerous vaccine for a generally mild illness, to which we develop herd immunity anyways? The current roll-out of fast tracked expensive experimental “vaccines” is burying the taxpayers in endless debt to the rich and powerful villains of this story. Yet, we the people who have been imprisoned and abused in this scandal, are being manipulated into taking strange new injections, in hopes that we might regain some of our freedom. Additionally, most of the so called “vaccines” are not vaccines (unless we change the definition of vaccines). Rather they are injections of Corona virus genes. More Scientific Study
In 2021, I continue in devote study of coronavirus medical science, and geopolitics.
Ivermectin has come to light as an extremely effective safe prevention, prophylaxis, and treatment for covid; yet it has been suppressed by business and political interests, while very expensive and unlawful injections of the masses are under way. Big Pharma and their political consorts are pushing to administer these experimental injections into the world’s population, even infants and children. In reality, the SARS-CoV2 poses very little threat to almost everyone but the very vulnerable persons who are similarly vulnerable to many viruses and other illness.
Children have zero risk of death from covid-19 but are being severely damaged by the lockdowns, facial barriers (“masks”), isolation, and denial of many essential elements of childhood. Similarly, almost everyone but the very old or ill, have almost no risk of death or serious injury from coronavirus infection.
It is strongly my diligently researched conclusion that I do not want, nor do I recommend the experimental injections for the vast majority of people. Similarly, I do not support many measures like the “case” count generating PCR “test”, lockdowns, and forced wearing of harmful facial barriers.
Big Pharma is promoting the idea that new variants of SARS-CoV2 will require injections for immunity updates, as well as more fear and lockdowns. However, the most distant variant currently is 99.7% genetically identical to SARS-CoV2. SARS-CoV1 and SARS-CoV2 are only 80% genetically identical, yet we now know that exposure to SARS-CoV1 17 years ago, made people persistently immune to many coronavirus’s including SARS-CoV2 to this day. As experts like Dr Michael Yeadon explain, this makes it virtually impossible, that immunity to SARS-CoV2 will not work for one of these subtle variants.
Research within the last year shows that many people, likely well above 50% are immune to SARS-CoV2 without any experimental injection. They are immune due to prior SARS-CoV1 exposure; or exposer to SARS-CoV2 in the past year and a half. Further, SARS-CoV2 is a very mild or asymptomatic experience for about 80% of people, and only a very small percent, less than 0.1 %, are at serious risk from this cold.
Pushing experimental injections on the masses as is currently happening, severely violates the Nuremberg Code for medical experimentation. Many covid protocols are likewise crimes against humanity in violation of the Nuremberg Code, and other legal standards such as civil liberties.

Personal Decisions
To honor the Golden Rule and the Hippocratic Oath, while obeying the Nuremberg Code, I continue committed to my responsibility as a physician, to research thoroughly and share my insights honestly. In the current situation, this requires that I surrender my income, and yet commit my time, energy, and resources to this important work.
I have resigned all my hospital positions thus forfeiting my entire income. I have sold my house and greatly downscaled my family’s standard of living, while surviving on limited savings, and committed myself to do my part to help counter the criminal covid enterprise.
I pray that I may help contribute to an outcome that is true and just, and the return of our free society, and civil liberties. I believe that we are almost all victims in this, regardless of where we are on the path for the recovery of truth.

Background to the new Nuremberg Trials 2021 :
A large team of more than 1,000 lawyers and over 10,000 medical experts, led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, has initiated legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO and the Davos Group for crimes against humanity.

Nuremberg Code # 2: Yields with fruitful results that cannot be produced by other means
As mentioned above, gene therapy does not meet the criteria for a vaccine and does not offer immunity to the virus. There are other medical treatments that give fruitful results against Covid, such as Ivermectin, vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc and strengthened immune system for flu and colds.
Nuremberg Code # 3: Basic experiments as a result of animal experiments and natural history disease
This gene therapy skipped animal experiments and went directly to human experiments.
In mRNA research used by Pfizer – a candidate study on mRNA with rhesus macaques monkeys using BNT162b2 mRNA and in that study all monkeys developed pneumonia but the researchers considered the risk low because these were young healthy monkeys from 2-4 years of age.
Israel has used Pfizer and the International Court of Justice has accepted a requirement that 80% of recipients with pneumonia should be injected with this gene therapy.
Despite this alarming development, Pfizer continued to develop its mRNA for Covid, without animal testing.
Nuremberg Code # 4: Avoid all unnecessary suffering and injury
Since the launch of the experiment and listed under the CDC VAERS reporting system, over 4,000 deaths and 50,000 vaccine injuries have been reported in the United States. In the EU, more than 7,000 deaths and 365,000 vaccine injuries have been reported. This is a serious violation of this code.
Nuremberg Code # 5: No experiment should be performed if there is reason to believe that injury or death will occur
See No. 4, based on fact-based medical data, this gene therapy causes death and injury. Previous research on mRNA also shows several risks that have been ignored for this current experimental gene experiment. Nuremberg Code # 8: Experiments must be carried out by scientifically qualified persons
Politicians, the media and actors who claim that this is a safe and effective vaccine are not qualified. Propaganda is not medical science.

Nuremberg Code # 9: Everyone must have the freedom to end the experiment at any time
Despite the call from over 85,000 doctors, nurses, virologists and epidemiologists – the experiment does not end. In fact, there are currently many attempts to change laws to enforce vaccine compliance.
This includes mandatory and mandatory vaccinations. Experimental “sprayers” are planned every six months without using the growing number of deaths and injuries already caused by this experiment.

Dr. Ryan Cole is the CEO and Medical Director of Cole Diagnostics, one of the largest independent labs in the State of Idaho. Dr. Cole is a Mayo Clinic trained Board Certified Pathologist.

He is Board Certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He has expertise in immunology and virology and also has subspecialty expertise in skin pathology.

He has seen over 350,000 patients in his career, and has done over 100,000 Covid tests in the past year.

He recently was invited to speak at the “Capitol Clarity” event in Idaho, apparently sponsored by the Lt. Governor’s office, where he discussed successful outpatient treatments for COVID, and to offer his views on the new COVID “vaccines.”

Dr. Cole begins by showing statistics that prove Idaho is no longer in a “pandemic,” but an “endemic.” He states that the highest risk factors for contracting COVID are advanced age, obesity, and low Vitamin D levels.

He also explains that coronaviruses have historically always followed a 6-9 month life cycle. He gives previous examples such as SARS-1, MERS, etc.

One very interesting statistic that he pointed out is that in the U.S. the average annual age of death is 78.6 years old, and the average age of death during COVID has also been 78.6 years old.

Dr. Cole is very adamant that proper levels of Vitamin D are essential to fight coronaviruses. He states:

There is no such thing as “flu and cold season,” only low Vitamin D season.

Dr. Cole then goes on to explain that by law, the government cannot use experimental vaccines on the population if there are already effective treatments.

So all of the current experimental COVID “vaccines,” which Dr. Cole himself admits do NOT meet the legal definition of a “vaccine” to begin with, are all illegal because there are therapies, such as Vitamin D, that are effective in treating COVID patients, as well as older already FDA-approved drugs like Ivermectin.

He points out that the NIH (the National Institute of Health), which is a U.S. government agency involved with approving drugs, holds patents on the Moderna experimental COVID “vaccine,” which is like asking the fox to guard the hen house.

This is also the agency that Anthony Fauci works for, and has been employed there for over 30 years and is one the highest paid politicians in the U.S., making more money than even the President of the United States.

America's Frontline Doctors (AFLDS (https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.org/)) spoke to New York pharmacist Joel Wood about his dismissal for his refusal to administer experimental biological agents without providing his patients the ability to give their informed consent to receive them.On May 5th, Wood called an anonymous ethics line at the Kinney Drugs corporation where he was employed to express concerns over both vaccine shedding and vaccination in youth. On May 9th he wrote an email to the corporation in which he stated: "I have been an employee for Kinneys for over 5 years. I have always felt that they have made safety for staff and patients a priority. However, I would like to know what the company is doing to address the safety concern of shedding of vaccine in the work place. It is a known phenomenon, and specifically mentioned in the Pfizer study on page 67 as a concern. It is possible to have contact thru both physical touching (which is not the concern at work) but also inhalation - this is a concern at work. The masks do not provide any safety. I would like to see this addressed in an email to the company by this weekend."

Wood continued: "If there is not an email that addresses these concerns, I will forward my complaint to OSHA as a violation of safety.

"I am also concerned with the lack of patient safety and informed consent that involves the Moderna COVID-19 shot. I have heard from many staff and patients that they did not know that the shot was NOT FDA-approved. I know for a fact the staff who are administering this shot are not telling people that it is not an approved vaccine. This creates an issue when patients get their second shot and are informed that it is not approved and say, 'Well, the first shot was'; no, it was not.

"I would also like to address the elephant in the room. I understand the need to follow advice from our regulatory governmental agencies. However when those agencies are wrong or make inappropriate recommendations, it is our patients that feel the brunt of this...

"I fear that Kinney is moving in a direction that is the opposite of our motto. Experience the difference means just that, if we do not change our behavior and inform the public the real science and health information that exists in the world, we do a disservice to the community and also ourselves as healthcare providers. We are now going to be administering a shot to children 12 and older for a disease that was called the common cold by the New York Times twice. We have no long-term data about this shot in children."

Wood concluded his letter to Kinneys: "If there is not an email sent to the company that starts to address these concerns, I will be writing letters to OSHA and well as news organizations as a whistleblower for the crimes that are being committed. I do not believe that it is intentional, but we are acting against international human rights laws that discuss vaccines and discrimination. We have a responsibility to tell the public the reality about this shot, what it really does, that there is no pandemic, and that the numbers were inflated to make it appear like a pandemic. We need to inform them about the vaccine shedding that might be occurring."

After receiving no answer to address his concerns, Wood addressed a formal complaint to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). On May 11th, he received an answer that read: "At this time OSHA has no standards or jurisdiction when it comes to COVID-19 concerns or complaints. We have been told to give all complainants these 3 numbers to contact if you so choose:", listing the New York State Governor's office, the New York State COVID-19 hotline, and the New York State Department of Labor COVID violation hotline. Wood was subsequently fired from his position at Kinney Drugs.

“I've been a pharmacist in New York State for seven years and I've been working with this company in the retail setting for seven years, and ever since the coronavirus outbreak in the beginning of 2020, I've had my concerns as someone who works in the front line trying to make sure that my patients and the public are safe, are taken care of, to the best of the ability that we can as pharmacist and health care providers has been my number one concern.

“So I became very invested in the coronavirus outbreak and pandemic, but as time went on I started to have more concerns over what was going on with the whole story of the coronavirus pandemic and outbreak, from things like grabs for power, from different governments in with located within the United States, and I also saw abroad in the world as well. But New York State, the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has had a massive power grab, and in my opinion violated a lot of concerns that I have as a health care provider, mandates and things like that.

“So it was to the forefront of my attention what was going on, and was something more going on than just what we saw at face value of ‘this is a pandemic.’

“I had my concerns about administering the coronavirus when I heard that we were going to start administering it to children.

“I also did have concerns - I've seen some reports of women, most likely younger women of childbearing age, having adverse reactions to either the vaccine, or potentially even the vaccine shedding - you know people who have gotten the vaccine become a vector to shed the vaccine, as noted in Pfizer's trial.

“So the combination of both the children 12 years and up being given the vaccine, or having the ability to receive the vaccine, as well as women of childbearing age - I started to kind of have some concern what was going on with the vaccine, but also what was going on with the coronavirus pandemic, period.

“But the majority of my concerns stemmed from the lack of solid, I have to say science, backed-up evidence. I mean multiple health organizations, from the World Health Organization to the Centers for Disease Control and to some degree the FDA, in terms of their approval process for this vaccine, they've been all over the place. I mean multiple doctors and scientists from across the world have written into the WHO with different concerns; respiratory droplets compared to aerosol, that kind of goes into the mask detail. The CDC has published data that leads to the potential controversy for masks. I mean, I've read an article in which the CDC describes the masks were not statistically significant. I was taught in school that if it's not significant, that's not something that you look at.

“So combinations of those have led me to believe that the administration of these vaccines in any group in which the coronavirus does not have a high death rate may be unwarranted and potentially, as it is an experimental vaccine - not FDA approved - violates Nuremberg trial law.

“So my ultimate decision to stop administering these COVID-19 vaccines, as I stated, came from the combination of children 12 and up, and specifically women bleeding, menstruation issues as it relates to women specifically of childbearing age; there's no long term data to what this vaccine does, and technically it's impossible to give informed consent, in my opinion, because the package insert is blank. The package insert for the drug itself, for the vaccine, if it even is a vaccine, is blank, and there's no long-term data. So I am concerned for what effects then could happen from women who take this, specifically of childbearing age, what could be the end result? I have no idea, and I'm not speculating that anything awful could happen, but we don't know - and that's a concern, that’s something I look at - risk versus benefit is what is what my job is all about.

“Same thing with children. Children who are less than 18 - the survival rate of the coronavirus is like 99.999. The only age group that I feel could and potentially should have concern with receiving this vaccine is 65 and older, as their survival rate was less than 99-point-x, we can just say.

“So I also was administering the shot as of January 11th when the rollout happened in New York, right along, because that was what all of the governing bodies were saying: The states, the CDC, FDA, World Health Organization - everybody was discussing the importance of the shots and need to get to herd immunity, so I was doing my part - or I thought I was doing my part - by helping us get there.

“But I noticed as we started to get there, and people started to receive the shot and get both doses, if they were getting the Pfizer and Moderna, for example, it seems like we're never going to reach this herd immunity and they just keep pushing the vaccine.

“I mean, now in New York State, you can win anywhere from $20 to $5 million with the lottery, just for signing up and getting the vaccine. For me, that's a huge concern on multiple different levels. I mean one, on the very face value, the government of New York under the leadership of Governor Cuomo, and along with the federal government as well, at least for part of this, is using our federal and state tax dollars to get the money for this vaccine, which my question is may or may not be causing more harm, and also now we are using tax money that should be going towards schools, is my is my understanding of what the New York State lottery was supposed to be for when it was revamped believe over a decade ago, now we're using that money to give people for getting the vaccine? It's just highly irregular. I've never seen anything like that before in my life. It's a concern.

“I also have concerns, as I previously mentioned, about violations of the Nuremberg trial, human rights as it pertains to the Geneva conference in the Nuremberg trials. This is an experimental vaccine, it's not FDA approved.

“And from there, my concerns go out to: Is this coronavirus pandemic a real pandemic? No more people died from it month over month in 2020 than in previous years. The CDC has come out that 6% of deaths were attributed specifically to coronavirus, meaning that the other 94% had underlying comorbid diseases, which we would generally assume similar to like the flu, we don't say that everyone just died from the flu if you had the flu, something else helped you get there. That's how that's how it presents itself.

“The CDC has been, in my opinion, manipulating and shifting how they are counting deaths and cases to establish a point that if anyone believes that we are not in a pandemic, there is a massive issue and concern with that. So moving forward, if we are actually not in a pandemic, there is fraud and deceit associated with receiving this experiment which both violate the Nuremberg trial.

“The other part of the Nuremberg trial that concerns me is coercion. It's also stated in the Nuremberg trials that you have to have free, informed consent to be able to have someone sign up for your experiment. And we are coercing people now to have to get the vaccine to be able to take their mask off. So it's also a false pretense that you have to get the vaccine to take the mask off, but that's not how we should be doing an experiment, it gives a false sense of reality to people that were not truly informed as to what could be happening.”

Just for the record, what has been your stance on vaccines in general, prior to the emergence of COVID-19, and what has been your experience regarding the whole issue of informed consent? Has there not been a problem until now?

“I don't have a concern with vaccines in general. I mean, I do have some minor concerns, specifically as it pertains to the pediatric administration of vaccines, but it's not necessarily the vaccines itself as much it is the tenacity to which we give all these vaccines. I mean, just for example, the amount of aluminum in a child's vaccine series could be more than what the FDA allows to have in an adult’s i.v. So just as a quick example of where my concerns for vaccines stem from, that's pretty much my only concern with vaccines, like the current childhood immunization schedule I think is a little over the top. But otherwise no, I don't have a problem with other vaccines, I don't have a problem with administering other vaccines. The informed consent has never come up as a major issue for me, in general because they're all FDA approved. In the very least, every other vaccine that I have ever administered has been FDA approved. So then from there, it's more of the informed consent of like, ‘these are the side effects, this is to look what to look out for, what could happen; if this happens, do this,’ which is common for any and all medications, new medications, or any and all medications that I would be giving in a pharmacy. Letting people know what the risks and benefits are from the shots that are given.

“The informed consent is a massive concern this time because the package insert is blank. So if someone were to ask me, ‘Hey Dr. Wood, what's in this?’ I couldn't tell you. I do know some of the things, I do know some of what's in it, but I couldn't give you specific details from the package insert. And then also, ‘What could happen to me?’ I can tell you what has happened to people previously to this point; I can tell you adverse reactions that I have seen from the VAERS reporting, including all of the deaths, the rashes; I can tell you what I have seen up to this point, but I can't tell you what's going to happen to you a year from now or two years from now, five, seven, ten years - I have no idea. So informed consent is for me the biggest concern, as it pertains to this coronavirus shot.

“In New York, and in I believe most of the rest of the United States, pharmacists are administering vaccines and have been quite a while, typically in the very least the influenza, maybe the pneumonia or shingles vaccine. But since the beginning of January, retail pharmacies of which I was working for have been administering the coronavirus shot - I will call it a shot, it's not a vaccine in my opinion. So I have been giving the coronavirus shot probably upwards of over at least 500 people, if not more, and I've expressed what my concern is. I went to my employer and said I don't feel comfortable giving this. We can't give the people full, informed consent.

“When I told people it wasn't FDA-approved, people didn't even know it wasn't FDA-approved. Or people would say, ‘Well, the first one was.’ That by itself indicates that pharmacists were not telling people that it was not even an FDA-approved shot yet. And second to that, how can you give informed consent if there's no package insert, with no ingredients, no test note, no anything? The words are intentionally left blank on the package insert for the shots and there's no long-term data, so I can't tell people what will happen in 2, 3, 4, 5, ten years from now, because they took this shot. So that, by default, is the informed consent that I'm concerned with.”

Can you tell us about your complaint to OSHA? What is their jurisdiction? What were you hoping to achieve? And what did they finally answer?

“So I had reached out to OSHA after I had reached out to my employer about concerns of vaccine shedding. The vaccine shedding phenomenon is a well-documented concern, and specifically for the coronavirus shot: Pfizer’s own study mentions they were worried about environmental spreading of the vaccine, specifically to pregnant women through both inhalation and skin-to-skin contact. So that leads me to believe that it's at least possible, or they were worried about it, that vaccine shedding could be a thing.

“I reached out to OSHA because my employer ignored my concerns of vaccine shedding. I have not received the shot yet, so I was concerned about other people, both employees who have received it, and patients and customers who have received it, shedding the vaccine, and what my company was going to do to protect me and other people like me who have not received it. They said nothing.

“I reached out to OSHA and said, ‘What can be done? I have a concern in my own position, job, business, as well as any other retail pharmacy in the country - if you chose not to get the shot, but you are around people who have gotten it, and they are shedding the vax, they are shedding parts of the shot, that's a concern. So I reached out to OSHA, and OSHA emailed me back and said that they currently have no jurisdiction over the coronavirus shot, there's nothing in place, there's no policies or procedures as it pertains to the coronavirus, and that I needed to reach out to New York State, both the New York State governor's office and the Department of Labor as a means to get an answer, which I was not happy with, I did not accept. My concern for OSHA's complaint is, how can a federal body not have something in place for after a brand-new experimental shot is released from big pharma, and the only people that have the answers are the same people that I am potentially concerned with are violating human rights set forth in the Geneva laws put forth after the Nuremberg trials?
“Her response indicates exactly what I think it says: We don't have any jurisdiction, we don't know anything about this; reach out to the New York Department of Labor and the governor's office. That is a huge concern for anyone who is worried about his safety and health in the office. Anyone across the country right now could have a concern over whether someone is or is not vaccinated, and that's part of the debate, I believe, that's going on in the country. Before, it meant forcing vaccines, or forcing masks, or all of this stuff - and if OSHA's response is to just default to whatever the state says, then you are potentially at the mercy of whoever your state governor is. And I don't I don't mean to turn it into a political, Republican/Democrat, red versus blue concern, but in the very least both certain Democrats and certain Republicans have taken opposite stances. So just that being said alone, it's very concerning that in one state, for example, you can eliminate the mask mandates and there's no vaccine passports, but in other states, that’s the only way we're operating. So OSHA’s response is very concerning to me. That's part of the federal government that in my opinion is supposed to be watching out for workplace safety concerns, and I agree 100% - I think her answer is kind of just wool over the eyes, the programmed response to say ‘we don't have any jurisdiction, here’s who you can talk to…’ and then guess what? It's not OSHA's problem anymore, they have addressed it, they emailed me back. I mean, it's so bizarre and terrifying.”

You said risk versus benefit is what your job is all about. Could you elaborate on that more, and explain to us how that specifically relates to your responsibilities as a pharmacist vis-à-vis COVID-19?

“Yes, the risk versus benefit: One of the great conundrums of how all healthcare works. That's the basis for my job as a pharmacist, and I believe that's the basis for almost every other health care profession out there. We have the knowledge through teaching, training, education, to assess the risk versus disease state, or the risk versus treatment, versus the benefit of not having treatment, or the benefit of getting treatment, so whether it's triple bypass surgery, your doctor, your cardiologist, your surgeon looks and measures and decides what's going to be the healthiest outcome, the best outcome for you.

“Same thing for me, it just happens for me, as a pharmacist, drugs is what I look at and evaluate. And then when it came to the COVID-19, initially I was under the impression that this was the only thing that was going to get us over this, over the hump, through this awful time in history, was to give these vaccines, give these shots.

“But as time went on, I started to be concerned more with what the shots were doing to people, that's when I started to change my opinion. And I noticed the risk/benefit may not be the same. It appears to me the risk of the coronavirus itself COVID-19 in most age groups less than 65, maybe even 50, the negative outweighs the risk of the shot. Getting COVID-19 in someone less than 50 poses almost zero health risk to you.
“So the benefit of the shot, we don't know. All the shot does, at this point, technically, is prevent you from getting severe disease. You can still pass the coronavirus, you can still get the coronavirus, it just prevents you from getting severe disease. So that's the risk/benefit that I look at. What is the benefit to this shot? Just getting severe just preventing severe disease? When 80% of cases are asymptomatic, the coronavirus itself kind of prevents severe disease. Coronavirus has been around for decades, they are part of what causes the common cold.”

Do you believe that there is a code of silence among pharmacists regarding this issue?

“I do not believe that there is a code of silence among pharmacists. I'm more inclined to believe that there is a very deep-rooted psychological hand at play by certain groups of people or certain bodies or certain powers, I don't know, but I don't think it's a silence code.

“And it was hard for myself to do it, too. We are trained - why would we ever think that any one of the federal governing bodies or even worldly, in the example of the World Health Organization, why would we believe that they would be telling us lies? So I don’t think it’s a code of silence, I just think we’re trained and taught to think the CDC, FDA, and the World Health Organization are all quality, upstanding government bodies that aim to solve public health crises.

“And that is not to say that they are not those things and that they do not do that. I don't want to sound like a complete martyr. Again, I'm not saying that they do. My concern is, I don't know what's going on, and that's why I have concerns over the administration of this shot.”

Have you received feedback from your colleagues? What did they think about the stand you've taken?

“I have reached out to a few colleagues and expressed my concerns. Most of them think that I have a decent case, or that the case that I am making isn't necessarily completely left-field bizarre, even though it is kind of left-field. I don't know that they're willing to take a stand, I mean, I was fired from my position. I could only imagine that in any other pharmacy, company, corporation, chain - or most, I would say, for a pharmacist who is not willing to do an aspect of their job, as in giving shots and vaccinations, whether it's COVID or any vaccine, but specifically the COVID one, it's going to be hard for a company to keep them on or want to keep them on because there's a lot of other pharmacists out there who will do it because they need a job, they need the paycheck. So it's hard for someone to risk it all unless they feel strongly about it.”

At what point did you understand that making this stand may mean the termination of your employment, and when you did realize that, what was it that pushed you to decide to go on anyway?

“I had always known that by taking the stance of not doing a role in your job, when you choose not to do something in your position or your job that is what is expected, you always risk being fired, terminated, reprimanded, what have you. So I always knew that would be a concern, at any point I had decided to take the stance.

“But what officially gave me the courage to decide to do this was when my wife agreed with me that being able to vaccinate children 12 and up was just not right and we needed to do something, I needed to do something. We needed to take a stand and express our concerns for the health and safety of, most importantly, children, and I think potentially even everyone who is eligible to get this shot 12 and up, and it's going to get younger soon I imagine, they're going to try for it. So it was my wife who gave me the encouragement and kind of the okay to be like, ‘Yeah, this is a possibility, if you do get fired we’ll do whatever we have to, but it's the right thing to do.”

Does this move and does the termination of your job represent financial hardship for your family?

“The move does represent financial hardship for my family, my wife and I have a lot of student loan debt; just that alone is a huge concern as a means of bills we have to pay, and now I'm losing a very good salaried job, so it will it will be difficult to weather the storm…”

What does your family say? Are they supportive?

“My family is supportive. I would say for the most part I think the majority of my family is supportive because they support me, and first and foremost that's what families do, that's what that's what blood is, but I think parts of my family Also question, ‘what is he talking about? What is he thinking? How can you know?’ But that kind of goes back to the pharmacists keeping a code of silence and other health care providers - why would anyone question health authorities like the CDC, FDA, World Health Organization? It just sounds so bizarre, and I don't disagree with him, I mean it does sound bizarre, but for me, I'm educated as a pharmacist and I've also been keeping track of all things related to coronavirus because I wanted to make sure that first and foremost my family was safe when the outbreak happened, and then secondly, it's my job to make sure that people in the public are taken care of, and in the public scene as a pharmacist, in the pharmacy we're a store that's open, so anyone could be a patient of mine, anyone could come in off the streets and ask me a question and that could be anyone from around the world. I've worked in cities where I see people and meet people who are from around the world who don't speak English, don't speak English very well, so for me it's the real undertaking I needed to do, because anyone and everyone could be one of my patients and I took an oath to protect and serve and make sure that people received quality health care with no harm.”

Do you think that you'll be able to identify another source of employment?

“I definitely believe that I would be able to find another source for employment from someone who is like-minded, like myself, and has made commitments to protecting health in the public eye. I think the biggest concern is just kind of waiting when that will happen kind of the who, what, where, why, when will that job happen I'm not sure, but I've also decided I wasn't happy as I could be as a pharmacist in my previous job, just from what I was seeing happening in the whole healthcare landscape.

“So the next job that I hopefully get will be where I can feel more impactful that I'm actually creating and changing people's health and health outcomes in as in as dynamic away as possible. But yes, I do believe that there are people, companies, employers out there who, whether or not they are specifically concerned with whether I am or I'm not vaccinated, or if they’re concerned with the stance that I've taken, I think there are employers out there who are looking for someone who is willing and wanting to provide quality health care and that has always been my goal.”

They despise me for speaking that simple truth. For speaking the truth that Jesus commanded His Apostles: “As the Father has sent me, so I send you, even though I know the world is going to hate you, I send you to baptize, to forgive the repentant, and to feed my sheep.”

I do not know how any ordained priest, or bishop, or cardinal, could fail to feed his children. But I do know this. I am not the divisive one. I am not the ineffective one. I am not the one disrespecting my office.
They have done a great job being divisive. They have done a great job of being ineffective and they have done a great job of disrespecting their office all by themselves, without any help from me.

“Jesus warned the Apostles and us that if the world hated him, it would hate us, just because we are trying to be faithful. In other words, the world will be divided by the truth,” he continued. “There will be we who are faithful, who follow the truth, divided from those who are not faithful and who oppose the truth.”
“So dear family, you have to ask yourself, why is anyone accusing me of being divisive? Like as if that is a bad thing, if we know that the truth divides, exactly as Jesus said it did, and I am speaking the truth. In 14 months, no one has said I haven’t,” said Altman.
“Then why is any ‘good Catholic’ complaining about me being divisive?” he asked. “The answer, dear family, is no ‘good Catholic’ is complaining. As a matter of fact, good Catholics from around the world have been very, very supportive.”
Altman said he is working with a canon lawyer.

It's believed to be the first time in decades that the Canadian military has laid such a charge.

Officer Cadet Ladislas Kenderesi was charged with one count of "endeavoring to persuade another person to join in a mutiny," an offence under the National Defence Act. Kenderesi was also charged with one count of behaving in a scandalous manner unbecoming of an officer.

The charges were laid May 12 by the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service, defence officials told this newspaper.

Kenderesi had appeared at an anti-lockdown rally in December in Toronto dressed in his Canadian Forces uniform and speaking out about the COVID-19 vaccine, claiming it was a "killer."

He called on military personnel not to be involved in government plans to distribute the vaccine. "I'm asking military, right now serving, truck drivers, medical, engineers, whatever you are, do not take this unlawful order (for) the distribution of this vaccine," Kenderesi said at the rally. A video of his speech was posted on YouTube.

Kenderesi, who had a civilian hunting knife strapped to his Canadian Forces uniform and was carrying a non-Canadian helmet, questioned the safety of the vaccine.

"I might get in a lot of s — for doing this, but I don't care anymore," he said.

The crowd cheered his speech.

Department of National Defence spokesman Dan Le Bouthillier said the charges will proceed through the military justice system. "OCdt Kenderesi was removed from performance of military duties following the December, 2020, incident," Le Bouthillier said.

Kenderesi is a member of the Reserve Cadet Instructor Cadre in Borden, ON, according to the Canadian Forces.

Kenderesi's supporters filmed military officials reading the charges against him and posted that to a GoFundMe page for the officer cadet. The page noted Kenderesi "was charged on May 12, 2021, for speaking out against the experimental gene therapy on Dec. 5 at the human rights assembly at Dundas Square in Toronto."

The page also stated that Kenderesi faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted, but defence sources say such punishment is highly unlikely.

Kenderesi is also featured in the GoFundMe page video before meeting with Canadian Forces officials. "I'm just saying a small prayer for myself, and a prayer for Canada and Canadians, that hopefully my efforts and what I have done is not in vain," he stated in that video.

The GoFundMe initiative is to collect money for Kenderesi's legal battle.

Le Bouthillier said if he desires, Kenderesi has access at no cost to a lawyer provided by the Department of National Defence. "While the charges have been laid, it is currently in the referral process and no court martial has been scheduled," he added.

Ottawa lawyer Michel Drapeau said the laying of a charge related to mutiny is unheard of in the Canadian Forces in modern times. "You would likely have to go back to the late 1940s in the Royal Canadian Navy for anything that might be similar," said Drapeau, a retired colonel who specializes in military law.

His book, Military Justice in Action, noted three incidents involving widespread protests against military leadership in the late 1940s. In those cases, Canadian sailors rebelled against incompetent leadership and poor conditions on ships, but the navy avoided using the official term of mutiny. But military personnel were charged and received jail sentences.

"An initial search through files in the past 20 years has not found any charges related to endeavoring to persuade another person to join in a mutiny," Le Bouthillier added.

Organizers of the anti-lockdown rally claimed Kenderesi had served in a variety of units and was qualified as a tank driver, machine-gunner and was skilled in hand-to-hand combat.

He was introduced as "the original Canadian patriot" and an officer cadet with 25 years of experience.

The Cadet Instructors Cadre is part of the Cadet Organizations Administration and Training Service, a sub-component of the Reserve Force. The primary responsibility of CIC officers is the supervision, administration and training of cadets ranging in age from 12 to 18.

Organizers of the rally said Kenderesi was on medical leave from the Canadian Forces at the time he spoke.

Kenderesi remains in the military "pending the outcome of the charges," the Canadian Forces noted.

Shortly after the rally in December, Canadian Forces officials retrieved Kenderesi's uniform and military issued equipment.

What he is demanding: Racine, a Democrat, is calling on Facebook to release by the end of next week an internal study it conducted looking into vaccine hesitancy among its users, as first revealed by news reports in March.

The subpoena, filed June 21, also calls on Facebook to provide records identifying all groups, pages and accounts that have violated its policies against Covid-19 misinformation and documents detailing how many resources the tech giant has devoted to the cause.

“Facebook has said it’s taking action to address the proliferation of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation on its site,” Abbie McDonough, director of communications for Racine, told POLITICO. “But then when pressed to show its work, Facebook refused. AG Racine’s investigation aims to make sure Facebook is truly taking all steps possible to minimize vaccine misinformation on its site and support public health.”

In response to the subpoena, Facebook spokesperson Andy Stone said in a statement that the company has "removed more than 18 million pieces of content on Facebook and Instagram that violate our COVID-19 and vaccine misinformation policies, and labeled more than 167 million pieces of COVID-19 content rated false by our network of fact checking partners."

Between June 2020 and January 2022, [Helen] Grus allegedly accessed nine child or infant death cases in which she had no investigative role. On Jan. 30, 2022, Grus also allegedly interfered directly with an investigation into an infant’s death by contacting the father of a deceased baby to inquire about the mother’s COVID-19 vaccination status without the lead investigator’s knowledge.

The charges against Grus were filed as exhibits at a disciplinary hearing on Monday morning, but she has not yet submitted a plea. Grus has also been served with a notice of increased penalty, meaning that if she is found guilty of discreditable conduct, the service may seek dismissal or demotion as a penalty.

Grus is a detective with the sexual assault and child abuse unit but she has been suspended since Feb. 4, 2022.

After the sudden or unexpected death of an infant or child, the office of the chief coroner will investigate to determine the cause of death and often make recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths in the future. Police investigate such deaths, but their investigations focus on determining if criminality has played a role.

Over the last few weeks, 18-wheelers pulled up again and again to the City of New York’s huge supply warehouse in Queens to pick up dozens of unopened cartons containing what, during the depths of the pandemic, City Hall proclaimed would be lifesaving miracle devices known as “bridge vents.”

As the COVID pandemic overtook New York City in April 2020, then-Mayor Bill de Blasio commissioned 3,000 of the breathing devices as back-ups for the ventilators that kept sick patients alive, helping fund their manufacture even though they had never been tested in a New York City hospital setting.

“This is a story about doing the impossible,” de Blasio said at the time. “We’d never made a ventilator before — and so we made thousands. We learned it would take a year — and so we did it in a month. Our City is taking our future into our own hands. That’s how we’ll beat this crisis and prepare for the next.”...

A junk dealer from Long Island picked up the entire $12 million, 500,000-pound kit and kaboodle — for only $24,600. It took the dealer 28 truckloads to cart the stuff away, auction records state.

Many of these supplies remain in their original packaging and are brand-new...

THE CITY was able to connect specific auctions to 20 COVID-related medical supply contracts and confirmed the sales with a source familiar with the agency’s auction efforts who spoke to THE CITY on the condition of anonymity. About 9.5 million items purchased by the city government from $224 million in COVID-related contracts at the pandemic’s 2020 peak have been auctioned so far, garnering about $500,000.
