Okay, so I found this woman through one of Rappoport's articles and I signed up on her email list.

Anyway, the latest is:

FOI responses from 64 institutions (including Public Health Agency of Canada, Health Canada, US CDC) in 18 countries/jurisdictions show that health/science institutions have no record of "SARS-COV-2" isolation/purification from a patient sample, by anyone, anywhere, ever:

FOIs reveal that health/science institutions around the world have no record of SARS-COV-2 isolation/purification, anywhere, ever Would a sane person mix a patient sample (containing various sources of genetic material and never proven to contain any particular virus) with transfected monkey kidney cells, fetal bovine serum and toxic drugs, then claim that the resulting concoction is “SARS-COV-2 isolate” and ship it off internationally for use in critical research (including vaccine and test development)?
Because that’s the sort of fraudulent monkey business that’s being passed off as “virus isolation” by research teams around the world.

A colleague in New Zealand (Michael S. (https://thevirushoax.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VIRUS/pages/44630017/University+of+Otago+s+Fake+Isolation+Process)) and I (CM) have been submitting Freedom of Information requests to institutions in various countries seeking records that describe the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus from any unadulterated sample taken from a diseased patient.
Our requests have not been limited to records of isolation performed by the respective institution, or limited to records authored by the respective institution, rather they were open to any records describing “COVID-19 virus” (aka “SARS-COV-2”) isolation/purification performed by anyone, ever, anywhere on the planet.

Every institution has failed to provide even 1 record describing the isolation aka purification of any “COVID-19 virus” directly from a patient sample that was not first adulterated with other sources of genetic material. (Those other sources are typically monkey kidney aka “Vero” cells and fetal bovine serum).

Check back here (the page you are currently on) for regular updates. As of May 25, 2021: 64 institutions and offices in 18 countries/jurisdictions have responded thus far, and none have provided or cited any record describing “SARS-COV-2” isolation. (And yes, we are aware of the many publications wherein authors claim to have “isolated the virus”. We’ve looked at numerous such studies and have yet to see one where they actually did so. Claiming to have done something and actually doing it are sometimes 2 different things, even in peer-reviewed science. And yes we are aware of the many published alleged “SARS-COV-2 genomes” – these were in fact manufactured, not discovered. And yes we are aware that EM photos have been published, allegedly of “the virus”, however a photo of something does not tell you what the thing is, where it came from or what it does. One has to scrutinize the Methods used to “isolate the virus” / obtain said photos / obtain alleged genomes, and that is when absolutely everything falls apart with “COVID-19”.)
FOI responses from institutions in the U.S., India, New Zealand, Australia, U.K., England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Denmark, Spain, European CDC, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Columbia, etc A big Thank You to all the individuals who have now kindly shared additional FOI responses that they obtained re isolation/purification/existence of “SARS-COV-2”. Some prefer to remain anonymous, others are named below.

Also note that we have included below responses from the U.S. CDC and a couple of New Zealand institutions in regards to isolation/purification of a number of other alleged “viruses”, i.e. “HIV”, “Ebola virus”, “Zika virus”, “XMRV”, “HTLV1”, “HTLV-III/LAV”, 2003 “SARS-COV”, any common cold “coronavirus”, any “virus” on NZ’s “immunization” schedule. Again, none have yielded any records or citations of records describing the isolation/purification of any virus.

Here are 5 pages of pure gold, evidencing masterful evasion plus stunning incompetence and/or fraud from New Zealand’s Ministry of Health. Instead of providing the requests records of “SARS-COV-2” isolation/purification and proof of accurate diagnostic tests, they blathered about genomes and cultures of the never-isolated imaginary virus; stated that PCR tests have been validated around the world and are the gold standard; and cited a February 2020 preliminary report (“The Pathogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 in hACE2 Transgenic Mice”) that used the so-called “SARS-COV-2” strain that had been concocted by Zhu et al. and claimed that Koch’s Postulates had been fulfilled.

The Judiciary comprises two types of court venues; a corporate “administrative court”, and a Common Law “court of record”. A judge in an “administrative court” does not act judicially but as an administrator to settle contractual disputes. A judge in a “court of record” sits judicially with a “jury of the People” to remedy harm to other living people. The courts are attended by “Commercial List Judges”, some of whom are designated as “jury” judges able to sit in a Common Law “court of record”.

Common Law acknowledges the LAWFUL Rights possessed by living Men and Women.
Statutes prescribe Legislation to administer artificial LEGAL “Persons”.
A Statutory “administrative court” is for commerce, in practice (de facto). It is a place of corporate banking offering “a dispute resolution service for consenting parties”, where living men and women (unwittingly) consent to be joined to (joinder) artificial legal “persons”, obligated to settle the accounts of commercial (adhesion) contracts. The Judge does not sit “judicially”, but acts as a corporate “administrative officer”. “Administrative courts” are not sanctioned by Parliament, and are not part of the de jure laws and usages of the realm. All “administrative courts” are UNLAWFUL because they do not have a jury present.

ANY COURT WITHOUT A JURY PRESENT IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT!

A Common Law “court of record” is for justice with a jury, in law (de jure). It is a place of real world criminal evidence where a jury of one's peers examines what is true in fact, in order to determine what is right or wrong, just and fair. The parties are living men and women, and their decisions attempt to remedy harm or loss suffered by one or more injured parties, and to provide protections for living people and their community of life. The Judge sits “judicially”. The only venue of “justice” for a living man or woman is a Constitutionally sanctioned Common Law “court of record” with a jury of one's peers.

“Administrative courts” are collection and enforcement agencies for the “Crown”, where a man or woman may contract to “act” in the fictional “role” of an “artificial person” to deliver a “performance” in the “theatre of commerce”. Spectators can usually view the drama from a gallery. The attending Bar Association members are corporate officers.

All members of the private Bar Association swear an Oath to serve the Bar Association, which presents a conflict of interest in matters of de jure governance and justice. This subversion of the Common Law courts supports the crime of “personage”, which is misrepresenting a living man or woman as a fictional “person” causing unwitting “joinder” to the “artificial person” NAME. The crime of “personage” is compounded by “barratry”, the crime of bringing false claims in court. The term “barratry”, appropriately, comes from the “Bar Association”.

All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the International Bar Association of the Crown Temple, located within the 677-acre, independent sovereign state known as The City of London, or simply “The City.” The bonded indebtedness of YOURNATION (INC.) is held by this “Crown”. Any court without a Constitutionally sanctioned jury of one's peers, is a “Crown” court.

I have experience chasing rabbits down holes and here is what I concluded:

You are limiting yourself to one infinitely small agency when you send an inquiry such as FOIA or if you personally appear at a counter and ask for anything a sheeple wouldn't inquire about.

In law there are principles of laches and those of estoppel.

LACHES. This word, derived from the French lecher, is nearly synonymous with negligence.
In general, when a party has been guilty of laches in enforcing his right by great delay and lapse of time, this circumstance will at common law prejudice, and sometimes operate in bar of a remedy which it is discretionary and not compulsory in the court to afford. In courts of equity, also delay will generally prejudice.


ESTOPPEL, pleading. An estoppel is a preclusion, in law, which prevents a man from alleging or denying a fact, in consequence o his own previous act, allegation or denial of a contrary tenor. Steph. Pl. 239. Lord Coke says, "an estoppel is, when a man is concluded by his own act or acceptance, to
say the truth." Co. Litt. 352, a. And Blackstone defines "an estoppel to be a special plea in bar, which happens where a man has done some act, or executed some deed, which estops or precludes him from averring any thing to
the contrary.

Joined together these two principles are quite powerful. You can use them by either sending notice to one legal entity at a time or you can place everyone in the world on notice by a precisely worded legal notice in a newspaper of county wide circulation. This approach is much more 'bang-for-the-buck'.

The government uses this method all the time and I bet you didn't even know it.

In this article I present information that refutes the existence of the SARS-CoV-2 "virus" but it also include information that challenge all alleged "viruses". I don't expect people to go through it all because this has taken me over a year to research. I will continue to update this article as my research continues so I would recommend people to bookmark it.
Notice: I am not saying that nobody has died or fallen ill, what I am saying is that the CAUSE is NOT the "virus". I am also fully aware of articles claiming isolation but none of those articles have done an isolation according to the definition(the separation from everything else). The problems of those claims are being discussed more in detail in the research material below.

As of June 22, 2021: 73 institutions and offices in 20 countries/jurisdictions have responded thus far, and none have provided or cited any record describing “SARS-COV-2” isolation/purification.

Here is an alternative theory of why some, NOT all, are falling ill and dying under the false label of "COVID-19" showing symptoms of blood clots and hypoxia, air pollution. Air pollution is one huge environmental factor which plays a part of the discussion that is currently not being discussed. According to Celia Farber’s published June 28, 2021 email interview with Dias, who is an expert in lung disease modeling, the court ruling is in regards to a citizen’s petition to the Ministry of Health, “equivalent to a Freedom of Information Request…that ended up in court – with epidemiological and statistical queries“, and “the court also formalized that the ministry has no data or references about the existence of the virus…”

Ms. Farber advises that an English translation of the court ruling is in the works and will be shared on her website once it’s prepared.

Over the past few weeks, I have had the privilege of working with some brilliant people on establishing a challenge to virology in order to finally put their (pseudo)scientific methods to the test. Stemming from the mind of Dr. Tom Cowan and meticulously crafted by Dr. Mark Bailey and Dr. Kevin Corbett, theNo “Virus” Challengeis designed to meet virology halfway. We want virology to show us, using their own methods, that they can actually independently reproduce and replicate the exact same results while blinded to the different samples that they will be working with.
I will leave the exact details of the challenge to be explained by the document linked below, but we are offering a first step to finally settle this debate once and for all. Whether the virology community (and those who back them) will accept this challenge (which Dr. Cowan has already received financial backing for) remains to be seen. SETTLING THE VIRUS DEBATE


“A small parasite consisting of nucleic acid (RNA or DNA) enclosed in a protein coat that can
replicate only in a susceptible host cell.”1
It has been more than two years since the onset of the “corona” crisis, which changed the trajectory of our world. The fundamental tenet of this crisis is that a deadly and novel “virus”, SARS-CoV-2, has spread around the world and negatively impacted large segments of humanity. Central to this tenet is the accepted wisdom that viruses, defined as replicating, protein-coated pieces of genetic material, either DNA or RNA, exist as independent entities in the real world and are able to act as pathogens. That is, the so-called particle with the protein coating and genetic interior is commonly believed to infect living tissues and cells, replicate inside these living tissues, damage the tissues as it makes its way out, and, in doing so, is also believed to create disease and sometimes death in its host – the so-called viral theory of disease causation. The alleged virus particles are then said to be able to transmit to other hosts, causing disease in them as well.
After a century of experimentation and studies, as well as untold billions of dollars spent toward this “war against viruses”, we must ask whether it’s time to reconsider this theory. For several decades, many doctors and scientists have been putting forth the case that this commonly-accepted understanding of viruses is based on fundamental misconceptions. Fundamentally, rather than seeing “viruses” as independent, exogenous, pathogenic entities, these doctors and scientists have suggested they are simply the ordinary and inevitable breakdown particles of stressed and/or dead and dying tissues. They are therefore not pathogens, they are not harmful to other living beings, and no scientific or rationale reasons exist to take measures to protect oneself or others against them. The misconceptions about “viruses” appears to largely derive from the nature of the experiments that are used as evidence to argue that such particles exist and act in the above pathological manner. In essence, the publications in virology are largely of a descriptive nature, rather than controlled and falsifiable hypothesis-driven experiments that are the heart of the scientific method.
Perhaps the primary evidence that the pathogenic viral theory is problematic is that no published scientific paper has ever shown that particles fulfilling the definition of viruses have been directly isolated and purified from any tissues or bodily fluids of any sick human or animal. Using the commonly accepted definition of “isolation”, which is the separation of one thing from all other things, there is general agreement that this has never been done in the history of virology. Particles that have been successfully isolated through purification have not been shown to be replication-competent, infectious and disease-causing, hence they cannot be said to be viruses. Additionally, the proffered “evidence” of viruses through “genomes” and animal experiments derives from methodologies with insufficient controls.
The following experiments would need to be successfully completed before the viral theory can be deemed
factual:
1. a unique particle with the characteristics of a virus is purified from the tissues or fluids of a sick living being. The purification method to be used is at the discretion of the virologists but electron micrographs must be provided to confirm the successful purification of morphologically-identical alleged viral particles;
2. the purified particle is biochemically characterized for its protein components and genetic sequence;
3. the proteins are proven to be coded for by these same genetic sequences;
4. the purified viral particles alone, through a natural exposure route, are shown to cause identical sickness in test subjects, by using valid controls;
5. particles must then be successfully re-isolated (through purification) from the test subject at 4 above, and demonstrated to have exactly the same characteristics as the particles found in step 1.
However, we realize that the virologists may not take the steps outlined above, likely because all attempts to date have failed. They now simply avoid this experiment, insisting that what they say are “viruses” cannot be found in sufficient amounts in the tissues of any sick person or animal to allow such an analysis. Therefore, we have decided to meet the virologists half way. In the first instance, we propose that the methods in current use are put to the test. The virologists assert that these pathogenic viruses exist in our tissues, cells and bodily fluids because they claim to see the effects of these supposed unique particles in a variety of cell cultures. This process is what they call “isolation” of the virus. They also claim that, using electron microscopy, they can see these unique particles in the results of their cell cultures. Finally, they claim that each “species” of pathogenic virus has its unique genome, which can be sequenced either directly from the bodily fluids of the sick person or from the results of a cell culture. We now ask that the virology community prove that these claims are valid, scientific and reproducible. Rather than engaging in wasteful verbal sparring, let us put this argument to rest by doing clear, precise, scientific experiments that will, without any doubt, show whether these claims are valid.
We propose the following experiment as the first step in determining whether such an entity as a pathogenic human virus exists…
STEP ONE

5 virology labs worldwide would participate in this experiment and none would know the identities of the other participating labs. A monitor will be appointed to supervise all steps. Each of the 5 labs will receive five nasopharyngeal samples from four categories of people (i.e. 20 samples each), who either:
1) are not currently in receipt of, or being treated for a medical diagnosis;
2) have received a diagnosis of lung cancer;
3) have received a diagnosis of influenza A (according to recognized guidelines); or who
4) have received a diagnosis of ‘COVID-19’ (through a PCR “test” or lateral flow assay.)
Each person’s diagnosis (or “non-diagnosis”) will be independently verified, and the pathology reports will be made available in the study report. The labs will be blinded to the nature of the 20 samples they receive.
Each lab will then attempt to “isolate” the viruses in question (Influenza A or SARS-CoV-2) from the samples or conclude that no pathogenic virus is present. Each lab will show photographs documenting the CPE (cytopathic effect), if present, and explain clearly each step of the culturing process and materials used, including full details of the controls or “mock-infections”. Next, each lab will obtain independently verified electron microscope images of the “isolated” virus, if present, as well as images showing the absence of the virus (presumably, in the well people and people with lung cancer). The electron microscopist will also be blinded to the nature of the samples they are analyzing. All procedures will be carefully documented and monitored.
STEP TWO

ALL of the samples will then be sent for genomic sequencing and once again the operators will remain blinded to the nature of their samples. It would be expected that if 5 labs receive material from the same sample of a patient diagnosed with COVID-19, each lab should report IDENTICAL sequences of the alleged SARS-CoV-2 genome. On the other hand, this genome should not be found in any other samples. (Note: this statement is a brief outline of the suggested experiments – a fully detailed protocol would obviously need to be developed and agreed upon by the laboratories and signatories.)
If the virologists fail to obtain a satisfactory result from the above study, then their claims about detecting “viruses” will be shown to be unfounded. All of the measures put in place as a result of these claims should be brought to an immediate halt. If they succeed in this first task then we would encourage them to proceed to the required purification experiments to obtain the probative evidence for the existence of viruses.
It is in the interest of everyone to address the issue of isolation, and the very existence, of alleged viruses such as SARS-CoV-2. This requires proof that the entry of morphologically and biochemically, virus-like particles into living cells is both necessary and sufficient to cause the appearance of the identical particles, which are contagious and disease causing.
